Judge for yourself, but this is my experience today. I’ve a 2001 Chevy Suburban that had a flat that needed repair after we pulled a nail and used fix-a-flat so I could drive it. The guy told me the tire was from 2016 and too old to repair, so I asked for him to swap it out with my full size spare that is mounted underneath. They were busy and he asked for me to return the next morning. Next morning, I handed him the spare release tool and wheel key. He could not get the release to work and gave up. I took over and loosened it myself. I thought I may need a different tool and went inside asking for one and he was watching a video on his phone and told me to get out. After I loosened the spare with my tool, every technician insisted it couldn’t come off, so I got under my vehicle and took it off myself. After I removed the spare, nobody would come out to help me, so I put the spare in the back of the vehicle, left and took it up the street to Direct Tire on San Fernando and Western, where they removed the damaged tire and fixed it immediately without issue. I posted 2 stars because I had a decent experience with this shop last year with some fluid changes. To the owner of this shop, I recommend vetting your employees for their skill set and understanding of how to fix things and replace tires.

I do not give a bad review but this time I should for the sake of other customers the fronts break repair ruin our entire road trip going to sequoia and kings canyon national parks spend for lodging and food for nothing. This is what Happen We are almost half way going to sequoia national park it happen at bakersfield on highway 65 when I step on the brake at stop signal I hear a big loud sound coming from the right front tire I taught I hit an object I step out of the car while we are stop then check under i saw nothing then go back to car then when I try to move the car because it is already green light it wont move those cars behind start honking but I press the emergency signal and step out of the car tell them My car wont move then start waving on all those cars to merge on next lane. We are still Lucky this happen on a side street not on the freeway I don't where are we now when it happen on the freeway, I call AAA waited for more than 30 minutes to tow my car, then take us to nearest auto shop, the auto shop check our car after 3 hours wait because there are some customer ahead of us, they finally give us the diagnostic result why my car wont go forward because the right front break caliper bolt is missing and the caliper stop working because it is on a break position, the shop replace the missing bolt and said it okay to drive the car, we are so very nervous that is why we decided not to proceed with our trip then go back home, call this store spoke to the manager he said it is a human error, I was about to scream at him but I manage to control my patience.

I had a great experience with the staff I initially visited the Eagle Rock location, but unfortunately, they were short-staffed and quite busy. The very nice manager suggested I try either the Glendale or Burbank locations. I decided to call and visit Glendale, where Francisco who was on the front desk, was incredibly kind and helpful! My service (oil change and tire rotation) was faster than I expected (less than 2h) Although it was starting to get busy when I arrived, he made a genuine effort to assist everyone and was very honest about the estimated wait times for customers. I will definitely come back! Thank you again Francisco and all staff for your great service! I appreciate you!

Never trust these people with your vehicle, they are dishonest and give out misinformation. I literally called them for a tire rotation a day before and gave them my full vehicle information to make an appointment for the next day and once I arrived, they told me they can't do the job 👎👎👎

Went here once and they quoted me $250 for two new tires. I returned 2 weeks later with a blown out tire and they charged me $235 for one tire…. Very disappointing but it is what it is. Just be a little more careful with working with them.

Very friendly and helpful when my cars water pump broke on a road trip back to San Diego. From the time I gave them the information and keys I had an answer for the issues in less then 10 minutes. I was perfectly fine with paying the Diag fee but the worker showed kindness in time of need and waived the fee. ( I ended up paying a portion anyways for this act anyways)

I did an oil change yesterday at 8:22am, everything went well and it was smooth. They did a car check up too and recommended to replace my brake pads. I have a mechanic neighbor who is already scheduled to fix that days before I even went here so they respected that. Only downside I think was I stayed for around 2 hours in their waiting area. Good thing the manager assisted me very well so I appreciate that. Thank you. 🙌

I came to this tire shop to repair a flat tire on my rear wheel. I had two punctures — one larger nail and one small nail — and simply needed them removed and patched. The job took about 40 minutes, and I was charged $40 for repairing two small punctures. I was told that the price depends on the size of the tire. My tire size is 255/40/20, and they claimed that for this size the “normal” price would usually be $45. I honestly don’t understand what the tire size has to do with removing nails and patching two holes. The work was basic and straightforward. Charging $40 for this kind of repair feels excessive. I’ve been living in the United States for seven years, and this is the first time I’ve encountered pricing like this. Typically, this type of repair costs around $15–20. While I was waiting, I also saw another customer pull in just to inflate one front tire, and he paid $20 just for air. I was shocked and thought I must have misunderstood — but after being charged $40 myself, it became clear. I cannot recommend this place. The pricing feels unreasonable and inconsistent. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Frank helped us out in a tight binged. Rear tires kept losing air, tire size and brand hard to find. Called multiple tire shops and got multiple quotes. Some overly marked up, some won’t arrive in a few days and needed a set of rear tires replaced asap. These tires had nails that were removed and patched. Frank made it happen. Our car is a Tesla Model X and these tires are pricy and hard to find with same day delivery. Frank got us back on the road, this is my wife’s s car and takes our kids around Frank gave me that peace of mind that they’ll be safe. Thank you again. Technician was Christian who was fast and efficient, super humble and hard working. I was in and out, but felt very comfortable if I had to wait longer. Facility is clean and everyone else was pretty cool. Appreciate it
