My experience was good. They were open earlier than I had expected and they greeted me informed me and did the service I expected. I felt confident in the way they handled my vehicle and in what they did and what they suggested might need to be done. It did not take long a couple of hours at most. And I was very satisfied with what was being done and felt confident driving my vehicle away from there. I will recommend friends and family co-workers etc. I had no problems there.

Left my truck here for no more than 5 days for diagnose and repairs and came back to talk to them about doing my repairs and I find my truck on concrete blocks ,window smashed, door really messed up, over 2k tires GONE breaks, messed up my suspension all messed up and to top it off I had just bought the vehicle couple days prior. Not only did I not get a phone call the employees were being very non professional didnt seem to care and told me it was my problem and they are not liable. Although they did call the cops when it happend and filed a police report but ofcourse nothing happend but I thought it would be worth a mention. And when I asked for there camera footage they said they didnt have cameras but they then decided to tell me that vehicles left out IN THERE POSSESSION at THERE shop have a good chance of getting stolen if left out for more than 3 days. So not only did they not tell me this after my tires already got stolen and truck totalled out for over 6k in damages. They dont have cameras when vehicles left out IN THERE POSSESSION get consistantly broken into and or parts stolen from the vehicle. When I pointed this out to one of the employees he just sat there coming up with excuses and saying that they are not liable taking no responsibility whatsoever. I would not recommend going here ever. This shop also has a consistents of giving you hidden fees unexplained. This shop is terrible and dont care about there customers. Here's a before and after picture of my truck.

Pregnant mother called early morning regarding my flat tire (hit a pothole in the rain, just my luck). Spoke to Sam and he was great. Gave me the price for tire, balance and rotation over the phone. He provided a time frame of when service would be complete and was very respectable gentleman. Sam was able to take care of my concern in a timely manner. Thank you.

Service was great and everyone is very friendly, however $45 to get a tire patched is quite high if you ask me.

Recently went in for new tires for my Ram 1500. They gave me a killer price on (4) new tires and came with tire rotation. At 5k, a couple days ago, I went in for my first rotation. To my surprise, the gentleman at the counter got me right in on a lift, less than 30 minutes later I was on my way. Tire shops tend to disrupt your day and can leave you stranded or spending money on Ubers, they took care of me and I was back to my busy day.

My son in law referred to Mountain Tire. My low tire pressure light came on and my son in did a visual check of my tire and checked the pressure. Pressure was low at 10 PSi’s. He added air but couldn’t see anything, he thought I might have a nail. Since he had to go to work he recommended that I take it to Mountain Tire, as he had used them before and found them to be honest and reasonable. They quoted me $45.00 based on them finding a nail and doing a tire patch. They didn’t find a nail and after taking the tire off and putting it in a tub of water, discovered there is a leak I the valve stem. Paid less than $20.00 for valve stem and install. Very happy customer.

1. Botched oil change Jan 22, 2026 2. Poor customer service interaction 3. Lack of accountability for faulty work 4. No reimbursement for hardship 1. This facility botched my oil change. I got my Jeep serviced for an oil change on Jan 22, 2026. I live within 10 mins of this facility. By the time go I got home, the oil pressure light was on and my engine was steaming. I parked my Jeep to check the oil level and there was no oil on the dipstick. I inspected the undercarriage and notice there was oil splattered everywhere, especially in the area of the left front wheel well. I immediately called the facility to get an explanation about what was happening. 2. I received very poor customer service when I called the facility. The first person I spoke to gave me the sense like somehow this was my fault. The tone of the employee was that this situation was a common occurrence. I explained that there was smoke coming from my engine and that there was no oil present on the dipstick. The replies I received were that it was “normal” and that maybe I should check my oil level on level ground. I then reiterated that there was oil splattered on the undercarriage. This was when the employee passed the phone to somebody else. I explained the situation again. The employee explained that the car was taken for a “test drive” around the facility prior to me picking it up and it was fine. The tone of the employee was that of someone who did not want to admit fault and with no sense of concern about the severity of the situation. The employee finally relented and told me to bring it back to the facility. 3. I had a similar situation happen to me at another oil change facility 25 years ago. I got my oil changed in preparation for a cross country trip from Texas to Maryland to report to my new duty station. My car got serviced and stalled about a half a mile away from the facility. I later found out that the engine had seized due to lack of oil pressure. The employees at the facility actually tracked me down a few minutes later by following the oil trail that was left by my car after leaving their facility. The employees were very apologetic and quickly made arrangement for me to get a hotel and contacted my insurance company. Long story short, I had to get a new engine but the oil change facility made sure I was taken care of while I waited about a week for the necessary repairs to be made. Given my past experience with botched oil changes, I contacted my insurance company to arrange for my Jeep to be towed back to the oil change facility. I had my Jeep towed because I did not want to risk further damage to my engine. This was about 4pm and I had to be at work at 5pm. At around 4:45pm I called to get an update. This was when I was told that the oil filter “got loose” and they would redo the oil change and clean up the undercarriage.. Again, no accountability and with the same tone of “stuff happens” and no sense of concern about how I had to manage without the Jeep. The facility closed at 6pm while I was still working. There was no way for me to pick it up prior to closing time. The facility would not open until 7:30am the next morning. I could not pick it up in the morning because I had to be at work by 7am. I picked up my Jeep on Jan 23, 2026 after work and right before the facility closed. I again asked about what exactly happened. I told the employee that I was told it was a loose oil filter. The employee denied this and said it was a faulty gasket. I asked if there was any damage to the engine. The employee said “it should be ok”. 4. So in total, I had to have my car towed to the facility the day prior, Uber to work and home on the evening of the incident and Uber to work and to the facility the day after. No offer of any kind of reimbursement or even checking to see how I was managing without my primary mode of transportation. I purchased tires at another facility a few days later. I asked for an engine diagnostic check to in case there was any engine damage. No damage, but there was still oil splattered on the undercarriage.

My car had to go to this shop to fix alignment. Months later, I ran a Carfax report, and I SEE THAT THEY RECORDED 177k miles in my car’s odometer in Carfax. But my car says only 27k miles right now. Now this odometer is fixed in my car’s records with Carfax. The buyers won’t pay any more than $15k, when it can be easily be sold for more than $30k. This is really upsetting. Update: 11/6/2025 - I discussed the matter with the manager of the shop. They admitted to the mistake and apologized, and escalated it to the corporate to reimburse me for the expenses I had with CARFAX, and corrected the records. I appreciate the manager Sam for addressing this issue. Obviously this was an extremely stressful mistake but I am grateful that they admitted to it, owned up to it, and fixed the matters to their own hands.

Sam Rivera is very professional and the consummate service manager. To help me out, He gave a reasonable discount and other payment options. The technician that worked on my BMW X5 was fast and thorough. There is a little leak and burnt smell of steering fluid but I was assured it goes away in time. Overall completely satisfied!

I paid $130 for an oil change for my 2024 BMW, and a couple of days later noticed a terrible smell and strange noise. When I opened the hood, I found the oil cap missing and oil splattered everywhere—an inexcusable mistake that could have caused serious engine damage. To make matters worse, we had to tell them to change the filters and clean the car because they didn’t do it the first time. Sam, the manager, gave a half-hearted “sorry” with no greeting, no professionalism, and no urgency to make things right. Leaving the oil cap off isn’t just sloppy—it’s dangerous. This experience destroyed any trust I had in their ability to handle even the simplest job.

I went and for an oil change, I also had a coupon for $30 off, the technician took my coupon and deducted it from the oil change after waiting an hour the technician comes back out and tells me I need some more services. My car is only a year and a half. I understand that I may need oil change and small things, but I did have supposedly a nail on one of my tires. I went ahead and told him yes go ahead and fix that for me please and then he continued to let me know that there was other stuff that we’re going on that needed to get done. I said no I can’t decide yet so I will let you know after my car was done. I paid my services but when I got home, he did not deduct the $30. I called them and they said that it was a mail in coupon which made no sense because the first technician deducted it right away but at the end after fixing my tire, he did not deduct $30. I just feel that they took advantage of me. I don’t think they’re very honest and I will never return.
