So I got an oil change here and an oil filter that's it they never check my lights, air filter, windshield wipers or clean my windows or vacuum and they never put windshield fluid in and never told me about the oil leak and they claimed that they put air in my tires at 35 but they did not because I was looking at them the hole time I was there and another thing they never put that rug on the vehicle so it won't prevent scratches on customers vehicles. Highly recommend a different jiffy Lube that's in 3150 case rd bldg j, Perris, CA 92570 than this place it's obvious they don't care about your vehicle.

I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and tire rotation. I just happened to mention that I am going to take a road trip and when I came back to pick up my car the mechanic mentioned that my rear brakes and rotors needed to be replaced immediately or at least before taking a long road trip. I agreed and when they test drove it after replacing the brakes and rotors they noticed there was a sound that needed to be investigated. While investigating the cause of the sound they found that whoever replaced my brakes and rotors did not reassemble it properly which is what was causing the noise. They reassembled it correctly and my car is running perfectly. Great job Jiffy Lube. They went the extra mile to save me from not only having an issue that would make my brakes wear faster but make sure I left with my car running smoothly.

I got an oil change here and initially I called in to get a quote, They told me $139 for my 2020 Mercedes Benz. When I got there the guy told me it was going to be $180. Which I was okay with due to the kind of oil and brand it uses. But That was a $40 difference. Oh well! At least my car got serviced 🤷🏽♀️ they did a good job!

My first time getting air here..Some gas stations charge you for air and you do it yourself, but here.. No job too big or small to them..they service you pofessionally regardless what the job is. The employee that helped me was very friendly, very professional, and I was in and out and almost no time. Of course this could be due to the fact that there were not a lot of customers in the shop. However, I will go on the record and say I was in and out of the Jiffy Lube in Temecula because of the proficiency and the professionalism of the employees they didn’t sit around waiting for instructions. They weren’t on their phones. They had a job to do and they did it. I will for sure be going back.

My experience at Jiffy Lube was 5 stars! I originally planned on doing my own oil change, but my oil drain plug was extremely stripped. I decided to take my car to Jiffy Lube, and I’m extremely glad I did. Aaron and Sam worked on my car, and not only did they get the plug off in less than a minute, but they also made sure to explain everything to me and gave recommendations on where to go for products such as oil. The entire oil change took less than 15 minutes, and they even put air in my tires and cleaned my mats, which was extremely nice. Ultimately, I am so glad I went and highly recommend their service. 10/10, and I will be coming back!

I just got a car & was going to drive it to the Bay Area. I wanted to get fluids topped off and everything else checked out before I made the 500 mile drive the next day. I was so lucky to have David work on my car! He made me feel super safe and I appreciated his friendliness, professionalism and extra effort to see I would have a safe drive. He’s the best! Simply thorough with the oil change and all. The only complaint I have is for whatever reason one the technicians went inside one of my glove compartments perhaps for specifications or what have you, where I had loose currencies consisting of 1’s and 5 dollar bills ( no integrity issues or I wouldn’t go there) multiple of them. Me , not knowing this, opened it attempting to place something inside, money went flying everywhere due to the unusual wind that particular day. A little annoying that I had to chase money in the wind. Minor issue however always pleased with the work done there.
