Noam, Did an Amazing job. I have a 01 Jaguar and lost my key. Was able to find new keys ( have to have 2) No One could program them. He got to my house at 6 pm. Used 9 different computers and downloaded software nesacery to program them. 3 1/2 hours later, He Did it!! I am very impressed with his commitment to complete the job. And truly grateful that I can drive my car again! Thank You so much

I just purchased a home and needed new locks. Ben, the gentleman that took care of me was extremely knowledgeable. I am no lock expert and he took the time to educate me on my options. I called to have an immobilized/ transponder fixed and All I can say is wow! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m truly impressed. Honestly words can’t describe the work and dedication Noam had. I was ready to give up way before and he was so determined to fix my problems. Several hours later and trouble shooting after trouble shooting he fixed everything. The car wouldn’t communicate and wouldn’t do anything. Noam used everything he had and eventually my car started and runs like nothing ever happened. 10/10 Absolutely! Price was also great. Wow. I lost my one working key to my older car, and the dealer was NO help. They told me it would cost about $500/key, would take 8-10 weeks (because the key was discontinued and needed to be shipped from Japan) and I would need to have my vehicle towed to the dealer to get the key programmed once it showed up from Japan.
In desperation, I called a locksmith I had worked with before and THEY RECOMMENDED Mr. Lock and Key. They were FANTASTIC! I called them about 5:30 pm and they were there the next day (and would have come sooner if I needed it). They came to my house without charging anything up front, spent 2 hours plus, went WAY above and beyond, and left me (after about 2 hours worth of work) with TWO keys. It cost me about $450 all-in, meaning less than half of what the dealer wanted to charge me without all the hassle and BS. Mr. Lock and Key will be my go to from now on. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
