I normally do not write reviews, however I feel I have a certain duty to inform people about what they might get themselves into before going to this car dealership. It started off great with the salesman Will. He was amazing and did everything in his power to put me in a car and he successfully did just that. He had great customer service. On the other hand this place has no compassion for special situations that sometimes happens. I started a new job and asked if they could let me start my first payment two weeks later due to starting a new job and my previous employer didnt let me work the 2 week notice. So, with that being said I had to now wait until I received my first check from my current job which would make my first payment two weeks behind. They were not even willing to help and begging them just needed a little help until my first check. They said there was nothing that could be done. They ened up waiting 8 fans for the payment, which I borrowed from a family member then told them due to paying that off if I could just pay a double amount when I got paid. They once again denied the request. To literally wait 4 for hours before I got paid to come and pick up the car, (Payments are 400 dollars every 2 weeks). Literally picked up the car a day before I got paid. Now they are trying to charge me almost $2000 dollars to pick up the car in cash. And giving me 10 days to pick it up or god knows what they are going to do. Probably turn around and sell it. I asked if they would work with me because I had the double payment and they said absolutely not. To make it less pleasant the lady in the office was rude as you can possibly be. Her name was Heidi. Read the reviews before making purchases and for the management who seemed nice the first day( never had a problem with) you should check the people working for you. Dont have people that are supposed to deal with customers deal with your customers, if they are horrible people to talk to and have no clue on how to talk to your customers. Sometimes working with people through a difficult situation is sometimes better then the over dollar amount.

Eric Durham did his best and made sure I left with a car! I was very credit challenged due to unseen circumstances in the past( they do credit check ). , but he didn’t stop until he got me in a nice vehicle with $1000 down . Very grateful to have reliable transportation for work! And AC !! But my pay week changed because I lost my job because I was at the car place past the time I was supposed to be at work and I wanted to start my AUTOMATED bi weekly payments a week later and they said NO. No Grace period .They will Lock you out of your car if you don’t pay exactly on the date. . Very Grateful for the guys that helped me . I give them 5 Stars but you should have at least 30 days before your 1st payment. So the account and who ever makes the rules about locking you out of you’re 1 day ,1 week Late hasn’t lived life . Car says Maintenance Due (2 weeks). ERIC was wonderful but the company..I compared prices and paid way too much. 🙄. I will hustle and get out of this in 6 months! 🙏🙏🙏

Ive been to about five dealerships and they were all giving me a run around accept this place I told them what I had as a down payment and they got me approved and I walked out with a car same day I highly recommend to come to this place I will definitely be back and tell everyone about this place and how amazing they are the employee Herbert mazariego was very helpful and got me in my new car so thank you all . Also if you see this tell him Steven nash sent you that way we get some money knocked off for our cars thanks well i thought they were good people I was honest with them I told them I lost my job from my mental health I was behind 2 payments keep in mind theres no food in my fridge my handicap brother just got out the hospital from being in there almost 3 months and on top of all that they were charging me 360 every 2 weeks so they are not good people I get it its a business I explained my situation but they didnt care I sent a bunch of people there way and they told me they didnt have any vouchers for me to pay on some of my car with me knowing that people left my name there will be a lawsuit involved not only did they take my car but there was paperwork that I never signed so I will see yall in court and ill just own the car and whatever else I want thanks for your time and not support
