Was looking to purchase a BMW X5 and needed BMW specialist to do a pre-purchase inspection. I called K and he said that he could get it done, brought the vehicle to K and he was able to perform the pre purchase inspection for me. Very happy with the outcome. GREAT guy to deal with, very knowledgeable about the cars that he services. I will be driving from Orlando to Tampa and spend that hour and 15 mins drive to bring my X5 to K to do any maintenance. It felt like I knew him for a long time!!! Thanks K!!!

Having car trouble is one of the top stress causing events we can experience but K's European Auto Repair is one of the most pleasant experiences we have ever had! When you arrive filled with anxiety about a car repair every employee immediately helps to put you at ease. Having your car breakdown or an accident can be quite upsetting but upon arrival at K's European Auto Repair you suddenly begin to feel that everything will be alright. They have the best prices, the best employees, and you feel well taken care of when you leave. They even have Netflix while you wait. We no longer worry about what to do if we have an accident or need a car repair. We are completely at ease knowing we can totally rely on K's European Auto Repair. What an exceptional place! My BMW had recurring problems after using this shop. My car began breaking down every few weeks. The first few times I fell for it but by the 4th visit it became pretty clear that this shop was either incompetent or just ripping me off. Don't be surprised if you have to bring your car back here for more repairs after just a few weeks. I have to add to this review after almost two years later and every repair done by this shop has had to be redone costing me significant additional expense. Don't fall prey to this shop. They caused me more damage than they repaired!

My boyfriend Dave had purchased a BMW and we ran into trouble the very next day with a smoking engine and turned up at K's Auto in a panic. K was able to diagnose the problem, and stayed late after 5 PM along with the mechanic Keith to fix the issue. He gave us helpful information and his employees worked hard to help us. Definitely recommend this place. Honest, knowledgable and hardworking people who know what they are doing!

If you have a foreign car and don’t want to go to a stealership, you need to go see K. Took care of a problem on my Mercedes GLK in no time and got me back on the road. He showed me a few things he thought would be a problem in the future, so I sold the vehicle before anything could go wrong. K probably saved me hundreds in future repairs. I trust him working on my 2018 AMG just as much as I do the dealership, and know I’ll pay a fair price. Feel at ease if you take you vehicle to K’s.

I've been to K's auto a few times in the past and have always had a good experience with them. K even went so far as to pick me and my brothers up from school so we could pick our car up after he had fixed it. He recently helped me find a car to purchase and even fixed 2 of the lugnuts that he had noticed were busted. If you're trying to find an auto repair shop that is trustworthy and good at what they do, I recommend K's.

I can truly say from personal experience this mechanic is very honest and true to his word. I have taken my car to this shop a few times and haven't been let down. They are very trust worthy and reliable. He is very Hands-On on every car let's there. So even if you call and the receptionist answers and if they don't have enough information they will happily have the owner call you personally. He will give you options and he is straightforward. I reviewed this shut up before I went and they were exactly right. Excellent work they do. Will definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Second time I’ve had my cars serviced and had an excellent experience. K is personable, professional, honest and fair... a rare combination of traits in this business these days. I’m new to Florida and I’m glad I have good intuition when it comes to quickly recognizing if someone is honest and trustworthy or not. I appreciated K’s professionalism from the beginning. My Mercedes needed brake and rotor maintenance so I took it to a different shop originally that was recommended to me. The minute the guy started woman talking me (not knowing that I knew my stuff), he lost my business. I called K for the first time and I could tell he was busy but he squeezed me right in the next day anyway (even when naturally I was running late). His quote for the repairs was half the price of what the other shop was going to charge me. I won’t take my car anywhere else now!

I’ve gotten several big repairs at K’s Euro done in the last couple of years. Everything from new water pump (every GTI owner knows the deal), new turbo and even gotten a new clutch installed on April 2025. All repairs have been completed in a timely manner and all the issues addressed. My car is a 2015 GTI and runs like a brand new off the dealership one. The staff in the front office are also extremely nice. Wouldn’t trust my vehicle to anyone other than K’s Euro.

I’ve been going to K since 2019. I’ve never been to such attentive mechanic. They are extremely thorough and fairly priced. They also really teach you rather than talk over your head about car issues and solutions. Anytime I need help or have to come in, he makes sure I’m taken care of. The secretary is also the sweetest girl and is very professional. Could not recommend this shop enough! Thank you K!
