After showing yesterday at Rosy’s location office at 410 S Dale Mabry Tampa as soon as she saw me in si much distress right away she went to her office and brought me a very cold bottle of water and treat me like a family member and telling me to relax and tell me, don’t worry we will found what’s the problem . This days you don’t found honest and wonderful human being like her and after I left the shop they brought the vehicle immediately to the shop to do an electrical evaluation and found out the compressor was not engaging in less than 15 minutes me been out of the shop the called me with the evaluation, because after having my Chrysler Pacifica Limited “ the biggest peace of junk I have ever bought in 66 1/2 years, that comes with factory rust, transmission impact when changing gears, side sliding doors that open and close 6 times before stay closed and never get a recall for transmission or anything from Chrysler. Courtesy Chrysler of Tampa with the great thief and liars in the service department trying to sell me another AC Evaporator supposedly replaced two month ago by my extended warranty for $ 2,479.00 after spending another $959.00 for humidity sensor when expecting was covered by the warranty. “The problem was the compressor.” If you don’t want to throw your money in the garbage, don’t buy a Chrysler Pacifica. Thank you again to Rosy and the great mechanic team for having my vehicle ready in one day, not two, two weeks waiting time in the other place. Really appreciated!!!

Updated !!! Wow just... Wow. I went in because of a little bit of water dripping onto my passenger side floor. When I went in and explained my problem I was told it should be about $150-$300. Fast forward to 5 hours of waiting I get a call saying that the new price will be more like $1500. I immediately rush over to pick up my car before they do anything and when i pick up my car both my passenger AND driver side are absolutely soaked with at least an inch of water and I also found an empty spite can in my car which is not mine because i do not drink soda . Safe to say I will never be coming back. (Photo of empty sprite can added) Wanted to give an update 2 weeks later because I am still fuming over how the mechanics at this location left TRASH IN MY CAR. But I also wanted to add that the very next day I went to a different mechanic who informed me that the problem was a clogged ac hose NOT a falty evaporator like mechanics at ice cold air tried to tell me. The repair only cost a couple hundred dollars not the $1500 I was quoted by ice cold air as well as only took about 15 minutes to do and my car has not had a leak since. In summary Ice Cold Air on sligh left trash in my vehicle as well as lied to me about the real issue and unsuccessfully tried to scam me out of $1500. If you have ANY problems with your vehicle PLEASE STAY AWAY, they will leave trash in your car and attempt to scam you. If youre wondering the mechanic shop I went to that fixed the leak in my car was NOT a self proclaimed "ac expert" like the clowns at ice cold air try to call themselves but still fixed my ac leak no problem. The mechanic shop is called fix2go on nebraska and is only about 5 minutes from ice cold air on sligh I urge you to either go there or any other mechanic in the city I promise they will do a better job than the guys at Ice Cold Air. I hope this helps anyone in the seminole heights area. I will also be making a post on NEXTDOOR for others in the area to STAY AWAY.

What a great experience! Took my Jeep in due to a/c not blowing cold air. Rosy got me in first thing the next morning after I called. What a pleasant overall experience. All of the STAFF was super friendly and welcoming. Clean comfortable waiting room with coffee, water and TV. They kept me informed of the progress. A leak was detected they recharged the AC repaired the leak and I was in and out in less than 1 1/2 hours leaving with Ice Cold Air! I was expecting it to be very expensive as a/c costs usually are but was surprisingly surprised and very satisfied with the repair and the fast friendly service I received. Thank you Ice Cold Air S. Came here today sat with Rosy C, today and got an oil change, and my spark plugs which I brought with me. Per usual they were quick, efficient, and polite. Definitely would recommend, they've been here for years. Returning customer today Javier put in a starter alternator and brakes for me same car. Alternator turned out to be bad so we stuck the old one back in, and ill be back with a new one, amd we'll just try again. They've been very helpful, and very nice, and im glad I found a new mechanic I can bring my car to.

*I had an incredibly stressful start to my day yesterday. At 7:20 AM, I discovered I had a flat tire while driving on the highway. I pulled into the first shop I saw and, in a total panic, met Javier. He was a true professional —his calm demeanor immediately put me at ease. Have been using ice cold air for some time now. My check engine light came on and my car lost power. Took it to Cisco at ice cold air and he did a thorough diagnostic on the engine and determined the engine needed to be replaced. I then took it to Kia to see if the car had any recall issues that maybe they would help out on an engine. Had no luck they didn’t get into a thorough inspection and just wanted to put a bandaid on my problem and charge me $2000. I took it back to Cisco and he found me an engine that is running great. Cisco and Rosey both at the shop are great at what they do and I highly recommend going to see them if you have any issues with your vehicle.

A BLESSING in disguise!! I was stranded headed to work ! Only thing infront on me was the sligh exit! I had hoped it was a shop at the end and it was! I’ve been getting my oil changed at this location for the past 3 years, and I’ve always had a great experience going there. I usually wait in the lobby area while they work on my car, and they always seem to get my service done quickly and efficiently so that I don’t have to wait too long, which I appreciate. I also love that this location is run by and employs women in such a male-dominated industry. Everyone I’ve interacted with at this location has been nothing but kind, friendly, and helpful. Their customer service has always been excellent. The care club card is a fantastic deal. I do miss when they used to give me a little printout report of their quick inspection of the parts of my car and their wear status. I’m going to continue bringing my car to get serviced here!

I took my car to Ice Cold Air on Sligh Avenue to get socks and shoes (brakes and tires) put on my car last week. The service advisor, Eric was top tier! Eric is knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly about the services needed for the car and he listens!! My car was completed in a timely manner.
