I only choose Car Shop because it was on my car warranty list. I took it there because the a/c wasn't cooling. I even emailed the mechanic the warranty. He stated that nothing was wrong with the a/c just low on freon I asked him if the warranty would cover the brake foot pedal because it was sticking. He didn't even call my warranty company at all and wouldn't call, he stated he was going to charge me to call my warranty company if he was on the phone long with them. I called the warranty company and they stated that he never put a claim in. I only took my truck there so it would be covered by the warranty. He also quoted me several different prices for the a/c diagnostics and brake repair 450 for everything when my warranty stated that the sticking brake pedal was covered. So I just told him not to fix the brake pedal so he stated the repair will be 223.00 for the a/c diagnostic and got frustrated with me because I thought that was too much. He stated 200.00 even. I will never take my vehicle there again and make sure my friends and family don't either. I feel mechanics over charge women and that's sad.

I took my son’s car in for overheating and paid $1,800 to have it fixed. As soon as I drove it off the lot, it started overheating again. Brian, the shop owner, said the car (a 2001 Jaguar S-Type) is hard to work on and that he normally wouldn’t take the job, but did because he had worked on my other car through a warranty before. I brought it back less than a week later and was told they couldn’t find the problem and that I should stay close to home when driving it. The car overheated again as soon as I left. I later had someone else look at it and was told the issue was a blown head gasket. If I had known that, I would not have paid $1,800 for repairs that didn’t fix the real problem. The car is still not drivable and this caused me to miss work

I took my 2018 Kia Soul here and Brian was extremely easy to work with. He diagnosed the issue and had me back on the road for just a couple hundred bucks. When my AC stopped working a couple days later, I took it back and it turned out to just be the cold snap messing with how cold the car was getting inside. The second visit cost me nothing. Knowledgable, affordable and overall outstanding experience. I will be bringing all 3 of my family's vehicles here instead of the dealership.

Been using Brian's shop for 10 years or so. My wife and I always get great results here. I should have left a dozen glowing reviews by now, but I've been negligent. I just had a bunch of stuff done to my 2007 GX470 (Tune up, Trans Fluid Flush, Rear Brake Pads, Replaced Rear Suspension Air Bags). My SUV drives like new now.
