Love Fix to Go!! My favorite local car place. There are some off Nebraska that will try to overcharge you, but Fix To Go isn't one of them. Have dealt with so many different pieces of my car and they're so efficient! Can't say enough positive things.

This place is probably fine for tire repairs or oil changes. But anything that needs real diagnostics or expertise, this is NOT the place to go. They will perform unnecessary repairs and your car and it will still not work. And they will be 100% unapologetic about it. The staff is not qualified for proper diagnosis. If you go two miles down the road. You can go to master mechanics at Bay Brothers and get your car repairs done with warranties and a great honest QUALIFIED staff. Please review the one stars that they have received. That was my first mistake. I saw all the 5 stars and just THOUGHT they were a good place.

I went to take my car for an alignment and it turns out I left that place in worse condition. It was of no use, very bad service, the manager was very rude, he seems arrogant. I don't give him 0 stars because they don't let him, but he doesn't deserve any.

I had a fantastic experience at the Fix To Go! The staff was friendly and professional, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure my car was in perfect alignment. The service was quick and efficient, and the results were outstanding. My car now drives like new, with no more pulling or uneven tire wear. I appreciated the attention to detail and the expert advice Mathew the manager provided. I will definitely be recommending this alignment shop to all my friends and family. Thank you for a top-notch service!

My aim in this review is to be completely honest , that being said I come here more than I'd like to admit . The staff are friendly and the owner is usually very amicable . Unfortunately my car always seems to have something wrong with it or parts keep breaking . There are a few staff members that really take the time to help me figure things out in hard economical times for replacing things piece by piece. I have had to come back a few times for the same issues , but they have been very kind in fixing the problems or correcting mistakes . Honestly they do feel like a family mechanic shop. The only guy I've ever been frustrated with was the guy with sunglasses (I think Tony) , he just seems a bit egotistical and doesn't really speak much. Pricing can definitely be up there depending on the job being done , but like I said they usually inform me of things and help me repair them piece by piece . I would've given five stars , but I feel five stars is perfection. And although this is really the only shop I'll take my car to, I feel they need just a few more really experienced mechanics on their team

The worst scamming I’ve ever experienced. There is a darker skinned Hispanic male in charge sometimes. This is my second run in with this scammer mechanic. The owner is just as shady. So rude and disgusting towards me. Only when my husband stepped in did he speak with respect. His mechanic gave me a price to fix a coolant reservoir. He locked in that price. When I called to ask when my car would be available he stated 2 hours. I confirmed the price. Two hours later I call again. Car is still not ready and now he does t remember the price he gave and so he comes up with a new price. I tell him what we agreed on and then he magically remembered but then tells me I’ll still need to pay more because there’s a “leak” and he needs to order a part to fix it but for has changed the name so he can’t find it. I ask what the part used to be called and after him trying to man-plain he finally gives me a part name. I then call ford to see if the part is under a new name and to get the price. The ford parts department states the part hasn’t changed and they give a price. Call the scam mechanic back and he says oh well that’s not correct then proceeds to give me a completely different part and name. Finally we settle on what need a to be done and the price. Keep in mind I dropped my car off at 8am. I call again towards the end of the day. This is when I encounter the shady owner. He is just as rude as the mechanic. Yelling and screaming that he isn’t going to help me and they will take the new parts off the car and to come pick it up. When my husband and I arrive he admits that what his mechanic did is wrong but still will not honor the price or work promised. But after all the shady mess I didn’t even want them near my car. I took my car to ford and had it fixed for half the price the scammers tried to get me for. Please take your car somewhere else. Don’t even come here for an oil change. Also recorded everything with the mechanic and the so called owner. Very nasty people.

** UPDATED... ONCE again Tony, Hatold and the guys saved the day. Got my DIL - Alternator up and new in 4 hours. Probably less. That was our time going back. On a Monday morning at that. Again, to me, best place in the area. Thank you guys. **** Sitting here now, store is clean, cool and amazing comfort. Was sent here from Tampa Tire as he was booked today and they are good friends. Front and back break and alignment. We are a traveling family. I highly recommend this place. My boys like it as they have a vending machine too. Haha

⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been a loyal customer of Fixed to Go for over 19 years, and I couldn’t ask for a better mechanic. Their team is always professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. No matter the issue — big or small — they get it done right the first time. It’s rare to find a shop that truly cares about its customers the way they do. Fixed to Go has earned my trust for life. Highly recommended!

My to go spot for my vehicle! As a woman it’s hard to find trustworthy repair shops. I brought my car in requesting a certain part to be changed, they could have just done it and took my money but instead they advised me that they didn’t see anything wrong with that specific part. I really appreciated the honesty and have went back to them ever since. Their oil changes are reasonable and fast, I will never go back to the 5 min place that charges an arm and a leg. Highly recommend

These people are scammers. I took my car up on the 10th to get my flat fixed. They patched it and 2 weeks later here we are again. Let me also say this is my second car. So I got it patched and came back home. It’s been parked until today and the tire is flat. 1) if you check my tires why didn’t you see anything wrong but told me you would patch it. 2) I should’ve trusted my gut when the repair person said the light will cut off eventually since this has never happened before. Either way I wouldn’t go here because they half ass work to get to the next.

This is a mechanics shop that you can trust not to rip you off or lie to you and tell you you need stuff that you don't need. There was a lot of customers in and out but the wait time wasn't bad especially for how much they took care of. I will def be back in the future

Friend put me on to this place. Said they’re some real stand up guys, etc… things were real cool at first but recently, after an oil change, my car was smoking. Why the hell is my car smoking? Take it back to see why. Who ever did the oil change forgot to put my oil cap back on… HOW THE HELL DO YOU FORGET TO PUT THE DAMN OIL CAP BACK ON??? Do ya’ll know what a damn bummer this is to feel like you finally found a good mechanic shop, and this trash happens? Also, come to find out, said friend that put me on stopped coming here ‘cause they got on some funny business with him. If you’ve never been here but been thinking about coming *Proceed With Caution*.

⚠️ WARNING – EXTREMELY DANGEROUS SERVICE ⚠️ I went to Fix To Go to replace my front brakes, and they left my front left wheel improperly installed. Right after leaving, I couldn’t accelerate properly and had to rush to another tire shop before something worse happened. This could have caused a serious accident. They worked in a rush, did a sloppy job, and put my safety — and others’ — at risk. This isn’t just bad service, it’s dangerous negligence. Avoid this place at all costs!

Place was recommended to me by a friend. Most of the folks in the waiting room were long-time/repeat customers, which was encouraging. Customers all spoke highly of the service. The staff was knowledgeable and very fast. Highly recommend this shop!

I drove past a Fix to Go location on Nebraska Ave one early morning and decided to turn in to see if they could locate the source of a leak in my radiator. I did not plan to fix anything that morning because it was minor leak, and I had bought a gallon of coolant in the meantime. As soon as I pulled in his technician dismantled the engine and radiator plastic cover at the command of his boss, a middle-eastern looking-and-sounding man. Without allowing me to detail what I felt the problem was, both were ultra-aggressive, but I held back just not wanting to ruffle feathers. After a little while, the technician called me over to say the leak was from the overflow pipe on the reservoir and advised that I pick one up from any parts store or the Land Rover dealership. He coupled the loose covers together and I put a little more coolant in the reservoir and went to the Land Rover dealership a few miles away and picked the part (a $79 hose). Back at the shop, the technician replaced the broken overflow hose with the new one and started the car and left it on idle. Suddenly the car shuddered and shut down. He restarted it and it did the same thing again. I brought this to his attention be said to take it on the road for a short test drive, and come right back that it’d be ok. As I started to back out, the “owner” rushed out to demand that I pay first before the test drive, and I followed him inside and paid for their service ($40). As soon as I drove out onto Nebraska Avenue, the called stalled again. I was able to coast into the yard next to the shop, and started it after a few minutes and moved it straight back into the shop’s compound. I told the owner what had happened and he said he would drive it himself to see what was going on (claimed he owned the same model of Range Rover and that he knew everything about the car). He took the car in the opposite direction up Nebraska Avenue and disappeared out of view. When he eventually got back, there was massive smoke (not steam) coming from the engine compartment and you could tell he had had damaged the vehicle. He then pretended to use an OBD machine to check the status and then casually told me I needed to get a flatbed truck to get the vehicle to a Land Rover dealership. (He also said preposterously that perhaps the car didn’t have enough fuel in it, even though it was over a third full). This mad man had taken a vehicle that had nothing but a slow, manageable water leak to a fully destroyed engine in less than an hour! And the gall of it wasn’t just that he took no ownership for creating an damage of over $30k (which is what a replacement engine for this vehicle costs) but said it as casually as if it was no big deal. No “ I’m sorry, perhaps I can refund the money I made you pay for ruining your engine or pay for your tow”. I AM going to SUE this shop for everything they’ve got and I hope they never survive it. This gentleman is a criminal that needs to be stopped. I hope there are legal ways to make sure he doesn’t ever victimize others again.
