Flat tire (3 months old) that Pep Boys and Good Year would not repair and pushed the hard sell of a new $300 tire. No appt with Crespo team and they installed 1 plug, changed and remounted spare in 15 mins. $20. ABSOLUTELY going back for ALL maintenance and repairs to my Pathfinder and Cadillac.

Hello, honestly if there was a 0 stars I’d rate it. But I am a single mother of 6 kids, I happen to give out of gas right next to this mechanic shop, thankfully (which I thought). I walked up to the mechanic guy medium built, medium short Hispanic man. And I asked him after I glanced around for a gas can and I saw that he had quite a few of them lying around. I explained the situation to him explained that I had my children I was on my way to the gas station two stores away from the shop but I gave out before I could reach the gas station, and asked if I could please use one of the gas cans he had I would return it right back, like my car is literally right by his shop at the end of his entrance. And to my shocking surprise do you know the man told me no I could not use it and told me to get out! Which I thought was just really heartless and cold because as a man and your a mechanic with the equipment means to help me and flat out refused to help me with out a care in the world. I just felt as a man he has no moral ethics or honor to turn away a mother & kids over a gas can. I don’t think he’s an outstanding citizen or holds his company to any moral ethics and I feel as though he doesn’t need or should be able to serve any of the citizens here in Tampa and probably why the business looks like a ghost town and going broke you don’t get your blessing by being inhumane to people just felt like I should express my feelings and how this business handled me.

My husband took my car here to get tires put on and when we got our car back this was how they looked. These wheels were spotless before hand. I am at work so I called them 6 times and no answer and the voicemail is full. Nothing but “I’m sorry” to my husband when they should be paying to fix the damages done by their employees.

Scratched every single wheel they replaced a tire on my car today without saying anything not thinking I’ll notice. Now I have over 400 dollars in repairs and only a sorry to show for it. Don’t ever bring your car here unless you like to have your wheels gouged.
