★☆☆☆☆ I had a really disappointing experience with this mobile tire service. I called them for a tire change because of a puncture and specifically requested a Continental tire to match the other three on my car. They installed a completely different brand without telling me, and I only found out afterward. I reached out several times to ask for an explanation or at least a refund for the price difference, but they have not responded to any of my messages. This is not acceptable for a paid service, especially when the customer makes a clear request and the shop ignores it. Now I am left with three Continental tires and one mismatched tire that I never agreed to. I would not recommend this service due to lack of transparency and poor communication.
