Paid to get my brakes fixed and they made my brakes worst and would not give a refund or even fix the problem so was was taken for my money and now have no brakes

This is a horrible place. My husband went in with a flat and said they could get two new matching back tires for him, and when they brought the car out the tires were not matching. They said they would take them off and put his old tires back on but they wanted to charge him $150.00 restocking fee. WHAT! You put the wrong tires on the car and now you expect us to pay??!! Terrible place to go. DO NOT GO YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!

Devastated to see my tire was completely flat I drove very slowly to the nearest gas station where I discovered it had been slashed and I needed a new one. I look across the street and see someone is at Mr. Tires and walk over there praying they can help me. I recently moved to the area and don’t know anyone here at all. It was a cold Sunday and I knew it would be hard gettin it fixed that late at night. I had little money and all they had was a new one. They worked with me on the price and even fixed it before I gave them the money because my money was at home. To top it off I needed a new valve stem as well and I was super grateful for their help. They were extremely kind and very helpful to a single woman with limited means at the very moment and needed it fixed immediately. Thank you so much for kindly helping me!

This shop is completely negligent and should not be trusted with anything related to tires. I had 2 tires changed on my car and within 2 weeks one of the wheels fell off on the highway because they did not tighten the lug nuts properly. They couldn't even be bothered to take the sticker off the tire. When I called asking for help, whether it be a tow or a new tire, I was completely dismissed and the blame was put on me, despite the car not having been driven or touched over the 2 week period. This shop should not be trusted under any circumstances
