Chris, the manager was really, really nice. He did an awesome job, saving me money on my Tires Plus in addition, he let me know my brakes were really bad in the rear. And so thank God, he let me know about that.So he saved me hundreds of dollars

They must of not known that I was sitting right across the street because he asked if I wanted my brakes done because "they looked real bad" before he even had it on the lift lol. So either he's got xray vision or he was another sketchy mechanic trying to get one over on someone. And then to top it off we had to take our car back in to get the lug nuts tightened down because they weren't on all the way. Upper Management was there at the time and didn't seem to mind too much so they know what's going on, just dont care much. Go elsewhere, totally untrustworthy.

My son had a flat tire and they went above and beyond to help me get a new tire and put it on n the same day. The gentleman that helped me was fantastic. I would recommend them.

I bought tires from here. Came back to get an alignment and a tie rod done. This is basic work and they absolutely failed on it. They stripped out said tie rod and and while the manager took care of it for free, my car doesn't feel very safe to drive on the freeway and now I have to take it somewhere else to see what they did to my car. Before this transpired the manager tried to charge me $1,200 to fix other all of my tie rod ends. Tie rod ends cost between 8 and $40. Do not come here to get your car worked on.

My experience on the phone was somewhat friendly. The guy Chris was robotic friendly. Not mean just not so much inviting. I feel as if he would have been a little more verbal it would have added a more friendly vibe to my visit. 16420 Lorain Ave.

Had a flat tire and it was fixed quickly and at a great price! Even put in air in my car with low pressure. Appreciate how efficient they were with helping me. 🙏

Horrible experience, workers showed up late, spent more time socializing with each other than working on cars. I went for a oil change tire rotation, 1 and a half hours to change 5 quarts of oil and a oil filter. Put my truck on a lift where you can't rotate the tires, then told me they didn't need rotated, how convenient. Serious waste of time, I had a early appointment so I could get on with my day and got stuck there for way longer than needed.

Mr. Tire at 16420 Lorain Ave. Great Service. 11:30am. My Tacoma had a piece of metal stuck between the treads. Needed a simple tire patch/plug. Two other tire shops Refused my business. Conrads at 14577 Lorain Ave. said it would be at least 4 hours before service. Would not even entertain installing my full-size spare. Firestone at 21210 Center Ridge Rd. would not have time all day and would not entertain installing my full-size spare. Rolled in to Mr. Tire at 16420 Lorain Ave. Took me in immediately. Had me in and out in 40 minutes. The three young men working the shop, clearly enjoying their work, were pleasant and eager to work. Great attitude, great service, I left a healthy tip. Thank you

So far, I'm very satisfied with the service they provided on my daughter's vehicle. The customer service was great and they even gave me an additional discount because they had to keep my car one extra day for service.

I confirmed on Wednesday that this location had tires for my truck and was quoted as $245 a tire and the cost would be around $1200 with labor, warranty, etc. I came in Friday at 800am to get tires for my truck, a Nissan Titan XD, so a bigger truck. After sitting there until 1100am my tire replacement was finally completed. Driving home in the snow I entered the highway and within a couple miles my psi warning light came on for the drivers side front tire, within a minute the other 3 warning lights came on. Each showing 34 psi for a truck that needs between 60-70psi in the tires. I pulled over to look at these tires and immediately noticed that at least 6-8” of the tread was on the road. That’s how low the pressure was. A closer inspection I noticed that the tires on my truck were made for an SUV and the max tire pressure was 51psi. These weren’t even truck tires. I made it home and called up the Mr. Tire location and told them they made a huge mistake. I could have easily had a blowout on either tire as my truck weighs almost 8000lb without a load. They stated they would call me back. 15 minutes later I received the call that they mistakenly did not order the LT type of this tire, would make an order to have them arrive the next day, and schedule another drop off. They would simply swap them out. Saturday I gave them until noon, since I knew the tires had to be delivered. When I called at noon I was told they had come in a couple hours ago, but never got notified. I was then told I can come in on Monday to have them put on, which was completely unacceptable. I told them they are going on my truck today as I scheduled this so I could work on Monday. He stated they can make it work, but I couldn’t pick it up until close of the day. At 530pm when I went to pick up my truck I never received an apology and they stated I needed to now pay more for the tires. What was supposed to be $1200 total was now almost $1650. I will never be going to a Mr. Tire ever again.

One Star isn't low enough. Main issue: my glove box had been gone through and someone had stolen items from me. I was told they cannot do anything about it. Multiple times i have been told the manager would be calling me to try to make the situation right. It has been two weeks and I have not heard back. Other issues: I left my car overnight and paid for four new tires and an oil change. I was told the shop open at 7:30 and that my car “would be done first thing in the morning” I didn’t get a call saying it was done until 12:30pm. When I got there, my hood was covered in oil, I didn’t have a sticker in my windshield saying my oil change was complete, none of my fluids were topped off and all my tires were missing the valve covers. At this point I did not trust that the job had been done and I ask for the employee check over everything before I leave. When we check the oil, we realize it’s overfilled by an entire quart, which could have lead to me blowing my engine. I asked for them to change my oil again and ensure everything is at the proper levels. Once that’s done, I got to leave and my tire pressure sensors all turn on because all four tires had over 50PSI. The maximum recommended psi is 35. When the employee goes to let air of the tire, he noticed the air valve is actually broken so they have to redo my tires. One guy did my oil and tires. The job was to “change the tires and properly fill them with air. Change the oil, fill it to the proper levels and top off the other fluids. And to not steal from the customer. He failed at all three things. And I was told “we’ve been trying to fire him but we’re not allowed” — the employee is potentially ruining the customer's vehicle, management knows and refuses to do anything about it. Finally got my car at 4:30PM. Complete waste of time, money, and energy. Truly an awful experience.

I would recommend this location to those in the area. We had a mishap they 100% made up for it and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My car can now drive in the snow after having my tires replaced. Im very thankful for that. Id also reccomend this location for anyone whom owns a european performace car.

3 appointments to get tires put on new wheels. First appointment I was told he didn’t know what size tires I need. Second appointment they didn’t have the right size Allen key. Third appointment the tires went on, drove one minute down the road and two of the center caps fell off. I was told to purchase the replacements myself and that they would install them for free. No thanks. Avoid this place

I have been coming here for about six years for wheel alignments, new tires and oil changes. I live in another state but the location is convenient when visiting relatives in Cleveland. The managers I’ve interacted with have been professional, knowledgeable and polite. The prices are reasonable in my opinion. My cars have always handled noticeably better after alignments here.

I scheduled a 7:30 AM appointment at Mr. Tire and arrived exactly on time. Unfortunately, the technicians don’t even arrive until 8:00 AM, so I’m not sure why 7:30 appointments are available if no one is there to actually service the car. I only had a screw in my tire, and based on placement it had a very high chance of being repairable with a simple plug. Instead, the tire was replaced, costing me over $200 when a plug likely would have been enough. The whole visit took about 50 minutes. While the staff was polite and the job was completed, I left feeling like the repair was unnecessary and that clearer communication about technician hours and repair options would have gone a long way.

Great experience. They helped me get my car in as soon as possible and offered very affordable options to repair / replace my tires. Even when I dropped off the car, they were reassuring that my options were the best for my situation. There was no sales man ships pushing for up sales or anything. I got what I needed and was on my way in a jiffy. Highly recommended.

Knowledgeable front desk staff, honest mechanics. I had my own tire from Amazon and they mounted and installed it for me for less than 40$, picked the car up a few hours later same day. They also checked the alignment for free and examined my wheel since I hit a monster pothole- thankfully it all checked out okay!
