Sooo disappointed, 5 visits later and $2700 dollars spent my car still rattles ! Got new tires , struts and control arm , plus replaced one strut already , plus Avon manager gave me paperwork for a $150 dollar rebate and I turned it in and Monroe denied me , cause it was only till Dec 31st !

I have never been treated so poorly anywhere in my life. They tried to rip me off and over charged my nearly 3 time the actual cost. 700 to replace a brake hose. They charged me 300.00 for a 18.00 part ans services they obviously didn't do. Brake flush more like a waller flush. They destroyed all my lug nuts, damaged rims and kinked a brake lone to the point when o stop my car pulls to the left. They broke off a toms sensor and left it in the wheel and shoved a rubber valve stem in. Soon after the tires were installed I got a flat. Turns out the tire was fine but the rim was crushed by the tire machine not allowing the tire to seal. They didn't even clean the corrosion off the rims and apply bead seal like they claim they do. I had to have all the tires removed rims cleaned and resealed along with tpms sensors. Totally poor at what they do at best. Beware they lie cheat and sell services they don't preform. Had to spend over 365.00 just to have thier work redone including replacing all the lug studs and broken tpms sensors. Thier insurance company is terrible. Just as bad as they are.

Took my vehicle in to get a tire sensor replaced. My vehicle was improperly lifted and was damaged. The vehicle was lifted on the body instead of the frame. I’m extremely upset about the entire situation. I’m still hoping this issue gets resolved.

I spent 4K for them to fix my brakes. The tires/brakes lit on fire 2 min after driving it out of the parking lot, I had to call the fire department. They do not know what they are doing and I wish they WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT! The manager strung me along for 8 weeks pretending to know how to fix it, when he could have been honest. My car is ruined and currently at another shop. I'm waiting for my refund which they are giving me the run around, of course! I'll be much more picky next time and I'm asking they be HONEST.

If you only need half the job done, this is your place!! I left my car for an oil change, alignment check, and tire rotation. No tire rotation at all. The windshield wiper fluid it empty. The low air indicator is still on. I have no idea if they even opened the hood of my car. Invoice 242919. This is terrible, no wonder there is no customer service line or contact us on their web page

Been here twice so far, once with a Jetta years ago, and once on Saturday with a Volvo XC60. I had ordered tires from a 3rd party and decided to have them delivered here for install. I dealt with the store manager (Ben I believe) and he was very friendly, accommodating (didn’t have an install appt). He got me set the same day and everything exceeded expectations. Double checked the wheel torque after 30 miles and all is good. Would highly recommend this place well above others in the area.
