Very professional and great customer service. I took my son's car in for new tires. At drop off they asked me if I wanted them to check the alignment. I said "sure", thinking for sure I was going to be paying for an alignment. When I pick the car up and they handed me the keys, I asked "so it didn't need an alignment?". He said it did but no charge because it was just a small adjustment. "We aren't going to charge you a $100 for a little work like that."

Absolutly would recommend, the level of professionalism, knowledge, insight and willingness to go above and beyone was perfect. Not only did they help me with my outrageously ridiculous 🙄 rusting out of the oil pan on my 2021 Ram. Van's employees took the time to go over any codes and help diagnose a faulty ground on my front parking sensors and show a diag of the problem. Helping me better understand how to fix it myself. Absolutly great and will Definatly be coming back for anything out of my wheel house. Thanks for everything Van's YOUR THR BEST!!!!!

We took our Toyota Highlander to Van’s for a second opinion. Premier Toyota, where we purchased the car, did a diagnostic test advising us that we needed $1700 of work done on the car. We didn’t feel that sounded right and we took it to Vans. Not only did Vans do their own testing, they didn’t find anything wrong and wouldn’t charge us for taking a look at our car. Premier Toyota charged us $200 to tell us we needed to spend another $1700. The professionalism and knowledge at Vans surpassed anything we experienced prior. We will always take our cars to Vans!!!

If you’re a woman or more importantly a single mom I would think twice before taking your vehicle here. Took my son’s car in for overheating and asked for a full diagnostic. Report said hoses and a flush, front ball joints, shocks and filters. Had repair for hoses and flush, week later back in the shop, same thing. Another week after front end work overheating again, only to be told sorry it’s the head gasket. No real answers from the first issue yet you took enough of our money and didn’t look back. Horrible!

I love taking my car to Van's to because although they do good work at good prices, they're one of the few places I can trust to make everything right if they ever make a mistake. Because they took care of me in the past, I wasn't reluctant to bring my car in again for a different issue. And because they didn't find anything wrong this time,vthey didn't charge me or try to sell me a different service I didn't need. And that level of honesty is why I've always trusted them in the past when they surprised me with other parts or services my car needed after a multi-point inspection. I can trust Van's to honestly assess the condition of my car and to point out things I actually need without trying to charge me for a part or servic I don't actually need Add the fact that they're willing to help you with transportation plus the hospitality in the waiting room and you've got several reasons to take your vehicle to Van's.

First time getting service at Van’s and I was impressed. The high ratings are real. I picked out tires I wanted on their website, I requested a quote, then booked an appt for the following week. They got me in and by noon that day the tires were done and the man at the front desk answered all my questions. The entire process was smooth and straight forward. No trying to up charge me or bs me. I have another vehicle and I’ll definitely be getting my tires from here!

This is only the 2nd time I've gone here but really glad I switched from my previous auto tech. Easy drop off set up just put the key in an envelope and drop it in the container. They follow up after a thorough inspection with a text, make recommendations and even without hearing back from me go ahead and complete the prearranged work, so that my car is ready without delay. Had an oil change this time previously they did tires and alignment. Keep your eyes out for coupons cause they come in the blue envelopes in the mail.

So happy that we took our Honda in for an oil change. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and it was helpful to get notifications via text as to the status of the oil change and the report they sent was great to have. Having a coupon was also helpful and the reason I took my car to them. I will return as the experience was great and any and all of our questions about the report were answered immediately.
