We bought a used car for our daughter a couple months ago from My Car and had a very good experience. Unlike some of the larger dealerships we visited, the sales team really listened to us and helped us find a great car in our price range. As is common with used cars, there was a small issue encountered a week after we purchased the vehicle. Without hesitation My Car diagnosed and repaired it at no cost to us, and it has been running great ever since. We will gladly buy from them again.

They got me. Was told to tell Westlake I checked vehicle and that it was as they described when really it wasn’t. I got there exhaust was messed up, steering rack is busted, and have had nothing but issues. They were definitely very quick on getting me into a vehicle but yet hardly responded when I got the vehicle. I asked numerous times about the warranty and was told to call and they’ll get it straight…received notice in mail that warranty expired. Worst place do not recommend. Jonathon, 2007 Honda civic. Haven’t really been able to drive it. I’ve asked plenty of times to activate warranty or have asked how to. Also communication was cut thin for a lot of others outside of me. I’ve also seen that just like me a loooot of others have gotten jipped from communication. Some you’ve responded to, some you have not. You guys were also supposed to call back with a day for me to bring my vehicle up there. However here we are. I gave my honest review. I just hope others dont make the same mistake. Since most conversations were done over the phone and not much was said over text, I can’t really prove much, outside of the mileage and other people I’ve had look at the vehicle and confirm said issues I have. Not even 10k miles driven and it’s not operateable. It’s been sitting at my work with a busted steering rack for a month now…waaaay to go and still have $5500 left to pay. Thought about dropping it off and saying y’all can cancel the auto loan and I’ll take the hit on my credit. But idk what I’m going to do about it. Ik tomorrow im going to call around and see what sort of legal action can be done. But outside of that it’s just sitting collecting pollen.

They will not return my call when asked for a voided contract that I signed to a vehicle I never received. They had me lie to the lender that I already have the vehicle which makes me nervous that I can't get ahold of them. They are your stereotypical cars salesman that have no order, organization or structure. Run away from them.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I really felt My Car Corporation deserves one. I had such a smooth and pleasant experience with them from the very first visit. Amazing Experience. They went above and beyond to get us approved at the very end of the day! We were desperate to find a car asap. They made it so easy. We came to them before deciding to go home, it was the end of the day. Unsure if we would even be approved. I chose 5 stars because it was nearly impossible for me to get another vehicle due to my credit history, but Ali and Tahid made it happen. I’m so grateful to them, we discussed refinancing when the time is appropriate, as well as delegated everything over the phone so when the down payment was ready to be submitted, all I had to do was show up with my money and leave within less than an hour. I’m very pleased with the vehicle given its year. I believe I will always come back and definitely tell everyone who needs to know about My Car because this is just a miracle.
