Second time seeing Steven at My Mechanic. He does fantastic work. Heater in 2000 Durango never worked since 2010. Used to live in CA, so didn't really need it. knew it would be pretty expensive to fix, and couldnt do it myself, so never bothered. Do need it now im in Oregon. Steven said to flush out system first, and if that didn't work he would just take the cost of flushing off of the whole repair. He said lots of gunk came out, but it didn't work at first, so he ordered a heater core. Then as I was driving around later that day,,,,,HEAT! for the first time in thirteen years. Called Steven, he said he would send back the heater core, and just pay him $120 for the flush and diagnostic. He also said he'd take the $120 off the replacement if I need it in the future. Truly and honest and skilled mechanic. I will only take my cars to him in the future. Highly recommend.

I got a warning message on my truck dashboard “battery not charging”. I called my mechanic. He can’t get it in the schedule for two and a half weeks. I can’t be without my truck for two plus weeks, and I need to take it out of town before then. First, I haul my four-year-old batteries to O’Reilly’s to get checked out. Both fully charged. Then I remembered the new sign I saw next to the north Redmond liquor store, “My Mechanic, Now Open”. So, I stopped by and met Steven. “Bring it down”, he said. So I dropped it off Friday afternoon at around 3:30 pm. He called me at 5:20 pm, “Your truck is fixed”, “What about the oil change?” “I did that too”. Nice guy. Fast, efficient and reasonably priced. So go see Steven now before he gets too busy, too, because he will.

I have been to My Mechanic twice, the first time they tried to charge my A/C. There was an issue with one of the A/C lines on the truck so they where unable to complete the charge. They worked on it for 20 min and still charged the full A/C charge rate of $193 and drove away with no A/C. I gave them a second chance to install a new thermostat gasket that was leaking. They did the work but before I even got out of the parking lot I smelled coolant and sure enough it was still leaking. They did give me a refund. I put a new gasket on the next day and it sealed up great.

Went here for a leaking radiator and A/C issue. They did a full inspection of the vehicle while it was there which I really appreciated. They were honest, friendly and extremely quick with the repair. They will be my go to for all repair work and I would recommend them to anyone.

I've never had an experience as good as I did with MyMechanic. I called these guys for a second opinion after being quoted $2200 for two things that wouldn't have actually fixed my car problems. My Mechanic not only saved me A LOT of money but they resolved all the issues my car was having, they even did a last minute oil change I requested. I'll be going back for all future oil changes and car problems. Highly recommend them, hard to find honest mechanics now days.

Wow! My water pump went out the Monday after Thanksgiving. I called all around town and was quoted as high at$8k for my water pump and timing chain. My Mechanic was super reasonable at $2300 and got my car done in less than a week. Super friendly and very honest. My only complaint would be they left my steering wheel and shifter greasy and dirty. Nothing a quick wipe won't fix.

First met Steve with a relatively minor issue and he said not a problem and fixed it within 20 minutes. How often will a mechanic even say hi let alone offer a quick look. My other coolant/ radiator problem was again addressed very quickly and once again at a legitimate price. Have sent four friends to him and they too say great service. If I could give 6 stars I would.

We are super pleased with the My Mechanic shop here in Redmond. It’s not just the work that they do, it’s also the people that own and operate the shop. All in the same week, we randomly had a series of mechanical issues with three different vehicles in our family. We decided to take our vehicles to My Mechanic hoping to find someone who could do the work in a timely and efficient manner. What I was immediately impressed with was their up front, clearly defined, explanation of their process, followed up with detailed communications regarding the situation and work that needed to be done. I also appreciated the way they considered my own input regarding the problems with the vehicle. The work on the vehicles was completed about a day sooner than I had anticipated.
