Very helpful, pleasant experience! Helped me find the right radiator for my car and new upper and lower coolant hoses and new hose clamps. They delivered the part to the store ASAP. All parts worked great and I was able to successfully replace my radiator. I'll definitely come back to NAPA again and recommend others to do the same.

If your going to change your hours change it on your website so someone doesn’t drive 2 hours to pick up some cheap Chinese part that is going to break in a week only to find out your doors are locked!!!!

Most helpful and knowledgeable couple of women ever, I traveled a long distance from out of town for a family event and was having car troubles. It was identified as bad ignition coils and I was afraid I wouldn't have a way to get home. The two women working the counter were helpful, knowledgeable and confident. They looked out for my best interest and reassured me I'd be able to get it home safely to my regular mechanics so long as I drove carefully and was easy on the acceleration. Genuinely the best experience I've ever had in a parts store and couldn't have been more grateful I picked this auto parts store to go to.
