This place is a joke, at least the girl behind the parts counter I spoke to was a joke. I had to point out the parts I needed using the Napa website on my phone. She kept trying to sell me the most expensive part they had until I pointed out the part on their site listed in stock... her response, "oh yeah, ok. Well, there's a 50/50 chance it will be back there, I'd have to go look." Then just stands there staring at me. Just rude disinterested as if I was interrupting her. Napa usually way better than this. I'll never go to this store again.

I found out Napa carried Amsoil which is cool because not to many places do. The first time I called to check stock they answered and asked me to hold. I held for 11 minutes before deciding to try later. Called again a few hours later, they answered and once again on hold for 9 minutes before I gave up. I called the next day right at open and spoke to a gentlemen and he said he could not make orders on the weekend and to call Monday. So I called first thing Monday and placed an order for my oil. They said they would call me when it comes in. Three days later I call and sat on hold but only five minutes to find out it came in the day before. I went to the store to purchase it and they also said there is a ten dollar shipping charge for ordering from their warehouse, Surprise! Very unpleasant experience start to finish.

My time in this place is always fine; although this is the second time I had heard an employee talking gross, bad words in Spanish, I was there with my daughter and we both know Spanish language and my daughter was just upset to hear that. Looks like he was bullying other guys in the back of the store. He doesn't look Latino but an Asian guy.

This store is destined to close. Usually not enough staff to assist at the counter. I was in the other day and they had 10 people ready to help but stock on the shelf was very low. Didn't have anything I needed.

Ordered parts. They will be in Saturday at 4pm. I show up at 4pm Saturday. Parts are not here. Should be here Monday at 9am. I show up Monday at 2pm. Sorry, Parts are not here. We will have to reorder. Canceled my order. Completely wasted 3 days of my time and 2 trips driving there. I will be spending my money elsewhere.

Extremely polite and helpful staff. However, I bought a "new" bank 1 sensor 2 for my 2004 Ford Escape. It was no good. In the meantime I spent $60 on two trip permits plus $240 taking it into a shop, only to discover that it was a bad part. I will not be going back, ever. The 1 star is for the nice staff, whose fault it was not.

I bought some window tint a few days ago. Mid transaction I saw the "20% off, if you buy 99 cent Napa bag." I Did the math in my head, and asked if I could "Still do the deal?" The cashier said we could, though the card had gone through already. Even though she was super busy, she refunded my items, and redid the transaction. Great customer service 👍 Also, my total went from $32 and change, to $27. The tint turned out great too! Thanks 😊

I want to give a shout out to George. This sounds bad but I promise you it’s a good one. He sold ME the PART I asked for( we both thought the correct one) George what was was able to do with that tiny T for my heater hose just saved my family a cool hundred.. took some crafting with the hoses but your the best dude! Looks like all factory parts. Just want to say thank you for hanging in on the phone with me!

Female employee with black hair was very rude, and had zero knowledge about the parts I was asking about, she didnt try to ask anyone and she acted like it was a huge deal to bring the parts up to the counter so i could could make a decision, she pawned me off to another employee that was nice, my worst experience I've ever had at Napa, now going to O'Reillys from now on.
