I’ve had a really difficult time with this repair shop. They initially refused to provide even a guess of repair time, even with an estimate provided by my insurance company. They do get points for at least trying to provide email updates 2x per week, but they don’t do a good job of explaining what their updates actually mean in terms of completion. The repair completion timeline has been unclear and ever-changing. When I called to ask for clarification, the representative was extremely rude on the phone. At this point, I just feel defeated. The repair shop has not provided any sort of cost/time estimate and I’m scared to find out what they come up with after all of these delays. If you are a planner and looking for repairs for your only vehicle, I recommend going elsewhere. When it started taking longer than originally communicated and I asked about cancelling, they said that the car was disassembled and I was basically stuck in the sort of tone that suggested I was stupid for asking. Not customer-friendly if you’re not very knowledgeable about cars or body work. As soon as I get my vehicle back from them (assuming I do eventually get my car back since we’re going on 3 weeks and counting for what I understand is a basic bumper repair & paint job), I won’t be returning.

I do not recommend choosing Gresham classic collision for repairs, especially if you’re working with your car insurance. Terrible customer service. Quality of work is average. No communication. I was initially told that My car would be ready in about a month. Yet I did not receive my car for almost 3 months. It was so hard to get any kind of updates or ETA’s on any work being done. The few times that I was given dates of completion they were never met. They always happened to be something else going on that had to extend the dates. I got all the excuses in the book. Technicians were sick. Parts were delayed, parts that were delivered were broken and had to be returned (Multiple times), technicians being unavailable. The most Unsettling was receiving a text message alert from the shop stating that my car was ready and then shortly after receiving a second message stating that the car was only for accounting purposes, and the shop kept my car for an additional three days because it was still not completed. They even admitted to my husband they did work on my vehicle that was not necessarily needed and told us not to worry about it because insurance would cover it anyways. no one even let me know when my car was actually ready to be picked up. It was only because I kept calling to check on my car that I ever got any information. Take your car anywhere else unless you don’t mind not having your car for who knows how long.

I recently had my car repaired at Classic Collision , and I can't say enough good things about Jaclyn . She was an absolute superstar from start to finish! Jackie made sure I felt comfortable right away, explaining everything in detail and keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Her enthusiasm, care, and dedication were truly something special. You could tell she genuinely cares about her customers, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Jackie was amazing, professional and so nice. She found damages,that another shop had missed during a previous appraisal. Call me crazy, I am one of the those people who gets attached to their cars. I just LOVE my car. I feel like Jackie picked up on this, and made my whole experience so much easier. My car is only 2 yrs old and has less than 12000 miles on it. So, I was really not happy. She advised that it would be about a 3-4 week repair depending on parts delivery, and that she would send text updates with pictures. I accepted the updates minus the pics Didn't want to see my car in pieces, I didn't want to know. I received 1-2 updates per week, and they finished the job in 2 weeks (job done early) Which was perfect as my rental car time ran out. Also they washed/ derailed my car. So, it looks practically brand new again. So far everything seems to be working fine. My car has safety features, BSM , etc. I could go on, but then I would sound more crazy. The point is, no one likes getting hit by someone else and being without their car, and having to they the hassle of getting it repaired. Jackie & Classic Collision made everything easier and my "baby" looks as good as new . I would recommend them if you find yourself needing repairs.

We took our vehicle and last Monday for some damage that was done. Shannon was amazing told us everything that was going to happen sent me text messages. Kept us up to date on what was going on. We thought our car was going to be there for a few weeks. Got the text this morning that our car was done and ready to be picked up. When we arrived we walked around our vehicle was Shannon. Everything was done and looked amazing back to it's beautiful self. We paid they even returned our rental car for us thank you again for that. I can't say anything better than they've done an amazing job if you want a good job done to your vehicle please take it to Classic collisions they do a great job very professional and very nice.

Got rear ended last month and my bumper was all smashed. I brought my car here and they gave me a fair quote on the spot. They handled everything with the insurance which helped a lot since I hate doing paperwork. It took a couple days to finish but the results was amazing. You can't even tell the car was hit. Paint matched perfect and they even cleaned it before returning. Everyone was friendly and answered all my questions. Felt like they actually cared about the job not just the money. I’d go back again if I needed body work.

Classic Collision did a great job on repairing a hit and run incident on the side of my vehicle. The only things that would have made this a five star instead of four was that the inside of my car was a bit disheveled and I had no warning that this would happen. The manager offered me a generous gift card as amendment. Additionally, I had no updates as to how long the repair would take so I was kind of in the dark with the whole process. The repair itself was great!!!!!

My insurance company recommended this company...I called and just to get an estimate is 2 weeks out. Also, used the texting service for a picture quote to get a rough estimate and the lady at the front desk knew nothing. She had no idea how long that took. Not a professional nor helpful company if you're looking to get your car repaired.

The staff were very friendly and direct, making sure you knew what to expect from the start to finish of the process. The customer service was exceptional, always trying to get me the answers I was looking for regardless of what I tried to ask. In particular I had some custom decals on my vehicle and didn't even request them to search for the ruined one, as i was just going to buy it myself. My service advisor James, to my pleasant surprise, went to great lengths to find me that same decal and ordered it for me! Very much appreciate dealing with Classic Collision, and highly reccomend them to others.

Two visits, two serious workmanship failures — and refusal to take responsibility. This was our second experience with Classic Collision, and unfortunately it confirmed a pattern. First visit: after minor rear-end damage, we picked up the car and immediately noticed rattling from the trunk. The trunk latch wasn’t responding manually and interior trim was loose. We brought it back and they corrected it. We assumed it was an honest mistake. Second visit: our neighbor backed into the driver-side door and their insurance again sent us to Classic Collision. After the repair, both the driver-side front and rear doors were poorly assembled. The car sat in our garage for two days; when we went to use it, the driver door handle nearly came off in my hand. The power locks were sluggish, and the manual key lock no longer worked properly. When we contacted the shop, they initially denied responsibility, claiming they hadn’t removed the handles — despite their own detailed invoice listing removal and reinstallation of the door handles and related components. When confronted with this, they suggested the damage occurred elsewhere. They reluctantly reassembled the doors but refused to repair or replace the damaged manual lock, leaving the car unable to be reliably unlocked with the key if the power locks fail — a basic safety and functionality issue. Twice we experienced poor workmanship. The second time, they denied responsibility and refused to fully make it right. We’ve reported this to the insurance company that contracts with them and are taking the car to another shop. Based on repeated experience, I cannot recommend Classic Collision.
