This place is a joke seriously couldn’t get anyone to help me ever , looked for the tools I needed and they didn’t have anything good that I needed , if u own a 1990 Honda this is the place for you other than that this place is trash no customer service Bc when I asked for help they gave me a little nasty attitude and barely the tools you need to get a job done this is s place I hope to never have to come to again

Need it? They can get it. Usually same day. I don't think I've ever even gotten the wrong part from them. Even so, when I've needed to exchange other things, they've never given me an issue. To top it off, their prices beat most of their online competition.

Lack of knowledge or lazy the counter person is. Refuse to accept used oil for recycle while company website clearly state customer can drop off used oil at nearby NAPA store.

since I have another source who has better prices this store is not my main go to place for parts , but I do use them from time to time and never had any problems with the staff or the merchandise. easy to get to and easy to park and they are open on sunday. what more do you want?

False advertisement on a car battery was supposed to be 180 came out 240 without tax and workers were unprofessional talking on the phone ignoring me. when i tried to ask a question they didn’t listen. Talking about interiors in other cars what they like more brown or red. Highly unprofessional those workers should get fired and suffer consequences for their actions.

Went in quick just to get a new battery, three staff members standing behind the counter, Not One, “hello”, “can I help you”. Went to the counter, asked for what I was looking for, and just got a “where’s your car? I need to see your battery”. Ok...so we proceeded to go out, he checked, went back in, took it off the shelf, started to ring us up. Excuse me if I’m wrong but, I was expecting a “follow me, right this way, it’ll cost so and so”. I’m glad I found what I needed and at a much cheaper price, but their customer service needs a much needed refresher course! It’s definitely keeping me from ever returning in the future.

Horrible communication regarding ship store items. You choose this company being that they promise delivery to store to be next day not three days later. From the warehouse in Connecticut. On top of that they don’t communicate. No communication regarding delivery. I had to call and ask. They told me it was there. Finally received the email of delivery after hanging up. I could provide all screen shots of proof. Using triple AAA membership didn’t help with anything. I’ll stick to autozone. They always make things happen. Customer care makes it seem as if it’s a circumstantial issue with the store itself. Napa as a whole whether a franchise or not they should represent themselves accordingly. Horrible experience. I will never use them again.

Interesting that there are negative reviews of this place. I only recently (last few months) started going there for my parts and Rich takes such good care of me, that I have been back numerous times. Never tries to up-sell me on things I do not need, is communicative, and does the research to find the correct parts for my cars. I have some cars with hard to find parts that are not readily available, so it is nice to find someone whom will go beyond the computer, pick up a phone, and try to find what you need. So, I have no complaints and only positive thoughts.

The manager at NAPA is absolutely amazing. I believe his name is Rich (young guy with the coolest gray hair). He has amazing customer service skills and is always willing to go the extra step. He even helped me changed my lightbulbs from my Kia one time when I badly needed help. He’s the main reason I keep going back. I hope they treat him well there!

Talked with some guys jamie and john about my car and they gave me some stellar service. I've been relying solely on reddit and youtube videos, so them answering all my questions thoroughly felt reassuring and insightful. As opposed to idk, when i go to autozone sometimes. i feel like they dont care as much. The other time i went to mappa, there was this intimidating lady, but she was really engaged with the questions I was asking . She was very knowledgeable . Cool, Professional workers 5/5 stars, will shop again.

Good store and, unlike the big chains, stocks the recommended coolant type for my German car. The guys at the service desk are generally helpful and service is good. Update: staff still as helpful as ever.

They should correct their hours of operations on their Google profile. I was there at 7:15 AM to buy coolant for my wife's car before she heads out at 8am but they wouldn't help me. Big waste of time. I see now that other customers have had similar experience and gave a review. I don't think they care.

Much better now, a few years ago they had a bunch of young guys that would rather horse around than care for their customers. Very glad this has changed for the better.
