I've been going to Napa for years. Its always a great go to place for the DIY car guy or gal. I was given the wrong parts at a steep prive down the road at orielly auto parts. I called Brian up and have had everything I needed to do my project right the first time. It was almost half the cost and he didnt have to "special order" anything. Which is the worst thing you wanna hear when you have a vehicle on jack stands. Dont bother with anywhere else. Go here ask for Brian, great guy he'll make it happen.

I called for a quote ... a lady took my info down for contact and my car info. Said they will call me back (same day) still haven't heard anything. Not a good way to do business. All I ask is for a quote not for them to stop what they're doing and work on my car right then and there. Didn't even call me still.

So I went into the vehicle service side and said I had a smog test done last week and my vehicle failed there were visual things on the smog paper that listed things needed to be fixed and later I did. So knowing I did take care of these visual problems that was on the smog test paper that I was ready for another smog test. Now I can build you a house but I don't know too much about how this smog thing works. I handed the failed report to the young lady that shows all the check off things that I needed to be replaced or fixed She says okay I'll give you a smog test...great ..now waiting 2 hours of course it failed again. Now she recommended me to make a appointment to come back and have a diagnostic test done. Now I would think because she's in that business she would have recommended me to have the diagnostic test done first to make sure there were no more problems and I was ready for the 2nd smog test. Honest mistake on her part I don't know but paying for a second smog test and then recommending the diagnostic test after didn't sit well in my gut so I will not be going back to this place. Lesson learned.

Went in saying "my rear end is making noise, please figure out exactly where from". They proceeded to charge me 65 dollars and then tell me, "yeah your rear end is making noise, something in there is messed up." Completely unhelpful and totally not the service I expected from talking to Eric, who seemed to get exactly what I wanted done, on the phone. I emailed the receptionist to find out exactly what work they did to make my visit cost 65 bucks and got no reply. I went in on a Friday, they said they would call me on Tuesday with a quote for replacing the whole rear end. Now it is Thursday, and they just now called me with that quote. Didn't even need to hear it because I already put a new axle assembly in myself two days ago. I would not suggest taking your car to this shop.

Took my 07 pickup in for a smog test this afternoon and was in and out in less than 30 min. Jodi, at the front desk, couldn't have been more personable or professional, and their prices were very competitive without having to deal with annoying coupons. They claim to be a full auto repair shop that should be able to figure out what's going on with the intermittent "check engine" light I'm getting on my wife's Prius, so I'll write another review after they've had a look at it. Otherwise, they seem like very nice folks, and I have no reservations recomending them.

Im a double master technician with 33 yrs of experience. Everytime I've been there counter help has been marginal at best, not organized, inexperienced or attitude issues, on the phone with personal phone calls with people in line waiting. Online orders not there when email says come down and pick up. This parts store is my last choice in town. Should be one of my 1st. Sad really.

It has been incredibly difficult to find a reliable, capable mechanic to work on our commercial vehicles and Eric and his team have been AMAZING. They aren't the lowest price but they are reasonable, capable, and provide top notch customer service. I have no plans to go anywhere else anytime soon!
