Honest, good work, me and my car are happy One day my car was tap dancing. I heard it when I came off the highway, clickclickclick, but I was near Nats, so I headed his way. My lucky day, it was just after closing time but the garage door was open! He fixed it quick and painless!

Starter on a 2018 Hyundai. We came to St Louis for the weekend and on Saturday morning the car suddenly wouldn't start. We looked for places that would take us on short notice and are so fortunate to have located Nat Automotive. Nat was able to isolate the problem to the starter and fix it that afternoon. He charged us fairly and we drove home Sunday. Thank you, Nat! We appreciate your help so much.

No one in my family knows about cars, and I’ve always felt like mechanics were trying to upsell or give me a bad deal. First time I went to Nat, my check engine light was on. While other places charged just to look, Nat made time to give me a diagnosis no cost. Now I take all my business to Nats! The strangest experience calling about making an appointment. The whole call lasted about 45 seconds. The person who answered said someone in their family died at 2am in the morning, they were going to Kansas City & asked if it was an emergency. I said I was sorry to hear about the loss & I can call another time, feeling horrible to have bothered them. But then they kept me on the line & said we’ll wait someone else might be able to help. Asked about my vehicle and then two seconds later they abruptly said they were getting another call & the line went silent.. very much sounded like they didn’t want to talk to me & make up like 4 excuses. Very strange since I saw they had excellent reviews. I hope everything is okay

Do not bring your car here. Paid to have it fixed because was smoking and not holding oil, few weeks later it is doing the exact same thing and it has a belt problem it never had previously. Bring it back in and the man is demeaning me, asking random customers to look at the car and ask what they think, says the problems have nothing to do with them and they will not refund me. He left his phone on my car and I set it down on the side of the shop before leaving, came up to my window as I was backing out and tried to accuse me of breaking his phone? When absolutely nothing was wrong with it. Seriously it was the most ridiculous unprofessional exchange I have ever had. He totally ripped me off, whether it was intentional or not, my car is worse than when I brought it in only a few weeks later. Will steer people away from this shop when I can, seriously, do not bring your car here.

My daughter was passing through the area and hit a pot hole that flattened her tire. She got the car towed to Nat's and they were so kind to her. He put a new tire on and got her back on the road in a hurry. They took care of her and didn't try to rip off a young girl on a cross country road trip. I appreciate people that are kind and helpful to those that just need a little help.

I had to edit my review. I took my car to Nat probably 5 or 6 times. He was very nice and always fixed my car for a good price, but the last time I took my car there he couldn't figure out what the problem was, and he had my car for like 2 weeks. During those 2 weeks thermy were having their roof replaced. They had every car in their shop with the windows rolled down. When I tried to pick up my car it was completely covered inside and out with black dust and roof singles along with every car in his shop. I'm not sure why they decided to roll everyone's windows down. Very unprofessional!! Not to mention he was never able to fix my car though he didn't charge me. I like Nat. Hes a good mechanic, and him and his wife are good people. He just didnt have the program needed to fix my car and kept me waiting. It was just a frustrating situation.

I love this shop. I’ve taken my 08 Mazda3 in a couple times for work and both times have left in a really good mood. Nat’s honest and friendly, knows what he’s talking about, and offers affordable prices. My car had been rattling for years and I assumed it was an expensive fix and just something I had to live with based on other mechanic’s advice but he found the issue really quick and the fix was way less than others had told me it would be. This is a great neighborhood business.

Other shops couldn't see me until the next week . Nat's got me on the same day, and the repair was finished the next day. Two days at the garage for a radiator replacement... Not bad at all. I cannot speak to the cost compared to other shops, I can just say that when they gave me the estimate, it was an easy "YES please". Nat is a friendly guy, we chatted a bit about the repair and the business in general, and it's plainly obvious that he knows what he's doing. I would happily come here again for future repairs.

Nat is a nice person, however it is time to hang it up. I had wheel bearings replaced twice on both sides. I paid for a wheel alignment and never received it. He stated that it was a car that they couldn't remove from the machine. Every time I pay him to do work, someone else have to go behind him and fix it. I advice you to spend the extra money and go to a replicable certified shop.
