Great small business, family-owned shop. They are conveniently located on a main road and have a nice waiting area. I had a bad tire, and they gave me honest options without being pushy. I really appreciated this, as I find many auto shops these days have poor manners. Not here, though! They only looked at the issue I wanted help with. They didn't go looking around for other problems and opportunities to up-sell me. I bet if I had asked them to look over my car, they would have, but maybe next time, because I'll definitely return here again for my car repairs and maintenance.

Sam's is a great place! I had a flat tire on the road, got the spare on, and called Sam's to see if he could help me get a new tire. They had a tire in the size I needed in stock. I brought my car to the shop, they changed out the spare with the new tire, and put my spare tire back in it's spot for me (underneath the car). Very good service and quick, too. I was in and out in a flash! Great guys! Highly recommend them.

I have now been here over five times. A few of those visits, they let me purchase the part i needed at Advance and they installed it for me, as my skills as a mechanic are moderate. This makes my visits quick and cheap! I have also taken the car in for diagnostics and tire repair/balancing. The staff is incredibly friendly, flexible, and accomodating. For example, they were willing to fix a leaky tire 15 minutes before closing. I really appreciate the folks at Sam's!

I just went on the recommendation of my husband to have a tire plugged, no appointment, just hoping to get it done by that night because my Dad's 82nd birthday was the next day and I wanted to go see him, on safe tires. The guy told me to just pull into the garage and my daughter and I could just stay in the car, which was great because she was filthy from playing in dirt at day camp. My tire was plugged within minutes and we were on our way. Fast and efficient service.

I came in this morning with a rivet stuck in my tire. I was in a hurry to make it to a meeting. Within 10 minutes, the tire was off, plugged and patched, and put back on, at a very reasonable price. Absolutely fantastic service, I will be bringing my car here from now on.

Great customer service here. I told him that my car was wobbling and another place said it was my front tires and I had the other place replace my 2 front tires and alignmentit. The wobble was still there so I took my vehicle to here, Sams Auto Repair. He went for a test drive with me and he felt it. Came back and almost immediately identified my back tire as being the culprit, which the other shop should have easily found. He put on another tire and it fixed my wobble. I told him I had air conditioning problems, and was told by the place who did my air conditioning vacuum and refill that I needed a new compressor. My guy here at Sams told me my compressor was fine and my issue is actually the hot/cold switching in my dash. Very honest & experienced place here and any issue with my vehicle I will take here first and get his professional opinion. Thank you!
