We are brand new to this world of RVing and recently purchased a Coachmen Nova 20C Class B van from NIRVC in Lewisville. Garrett is a fantastic salesperson who was knowledgeable and helpful in answering all our questions. We did many test drives with him and are completely satisfied with the choice we finally made! There is learning curve to get through, but the professional staff here will help you figure it all out. We loved how NIRVC can do EVERYTHING you will possibly need from warranty work, maintenance, cleaning/detailing, storage, and more. Truly a one stop destination with a beautiful first class facility. To top it off, they offered us the best price out of anyone by far! Since we have started a little bit of this “van life,” we have had to bring it back for some repairs. John is a specialist with the Class B vans, and not only has he been able to answer all of our questions and concerns, but his level of service is just outstanding. He is patient, kind, and makes himself available as much as possible which you just don’t see anymore. We were in a bind on a weekend evening at a campsite, and John responded and told us what to do to get us through. Simply fantastic and we highly recommend!

Above and BEYOND! You will be completely satisfied with your NIRVC RV purchase! I’m excited to share my honest review of the 2024 Coachmen Nova with a Pop-Top that I purchased from the NIRVC location in Lewisville, Texas through Leslie at the end of April this year. After driving over 10,000 miles and creating countless unforgettable memories with my family, I’m ready to tell you all about it. First and foremost, the process of buying my new RV was incredibly smooth and satisfying, thanks to Leslie. She promptly answered the many questions I had, whether it was during the week or on weekends, and she was always on my side. Whenever issues arose with my new RV, she took full responsibility, working directly with the manufacturer to ensure everything was resolved. Although I live in New York, and the downside was having to fly to Texas to pick up my RV, the benefits Leslie offered—such as the most competitive price, free flight tickets, and added upgrade options—made the distance worth it. Her consistently reliable customer service was another key factor in my decision to travel all the way to Texas for this purchase. The staff at NIRVC were all very friendly, and the facility was clean and well-maintained, which added to the positive experience. On the day I was supposed to pick up my RV, some minor issues came up, causing a delay that required me to stay an extra day. Leslie not only covered the cost of a nearby hotel but also personally drove me there and picked me up the next day. While waiting for the paperwork, she even brought me lunch and quickly resolved the issues found during the inspection. Not once did she pressure me to finalize the purchase before I was completely ready. I’ve never met a salesperson so dedicated and responsible, treating everything as if it were her own. I highly recommend Leslie and Shanon to everyone.

Just bought a new mod, Dutch Star from Izzy and was very pleased with all levels of service. Not only was he very communicative, but also assisted us along the way to find the perfect coach. We pre arranged an appointment for getting retrobands installed on our 2022 Newmar Dutchstar. They were waiting for us ( after the big storm) and installation was completed quickly and professionally. We even met Angie who invited us to their chilli cook off! The owner Brett Davis came over and had a conversation with us. We were made to feel as part of their family by many other workers there. The facility is very modern with owner/customer lounge to relax in and campground spots to have a layover day if needed. From the time we arrived to leaving it was a professional and extremely pleasant experience. I would recommend using this location for any of your coach needs. We feel more comfortable knowing we have extra protection if we experience a front tire blow out.

We just purchased a new and highly customized 2026 Newmar Essex from NIRVC that included factory delivery which was great. However, once we left the factory and started to push limits of the coach house and chassis while on the road a complex issues arose. Most of the issues where related to our lack of knowledge of integrated systems interactions / limitations which can only be reached with extreme field use. Our saviors have been NIRVC techs in Atlanta and particularly Dallas both of which we have access to as an NIRVC customer. John Damien in Dallas is one of the most knowledgeable techs I have every met anywhere across house and chassis issues. He helped us tackle 98% of our issues within minutes of diagnosis and provides access to his knowledge literally 24x7 by text or phone if needed. He even responded to requests we had while on the road between 12am and 6am. The peace of mind he gives us and the experienced techs across NIRVC locations is one of the reasons we decided to buy our coach from NIRVC. Any dealership can be competitive on price but the after sale service and access to technical support is what makes the difference in maximizing enjoyment of your coach. John Damian deserves a medal and a raise for making our first Class A ownership experience virtually stress less and for being there when ever we need him. Newmar also provides a dedicated tech when you buy Essex or King Air who has been helpful, but response time and 24x7 access can't come close to John Damian (NIRVC Dallas). We love you John and thank you so much for making our Class A experience stress free and giving us the confidence and peace of minds to maximize the capabilities of our coach!

We had the very best experience purchasing our new Coachmen Beyond from Garrett. He made the entire process painless from the first time we stopped by to "just look" all the way through handoff of our new RV a few months later. Garrett's no pressure approach and knowledge of our van allowed us to ask all the questions. We purchased a brand new 2026 Grand Star 3444 at the Las Vegas store. We received five star service at the store from management, middle management, sales and service. We were even able to stay at their on-site campground for a couple days while they inspected the coach and made sure that everything was perfect. The only issue we had with the coach had nothing to do with Newmar or National Indoor RV Center. The issues we had with the coach was from Starlink, which my wife and I have learned is very important when traveling. My wife and I have been avid RVs for over 40 years and have owned every type of coach and trailer except a fifth wheel. The service we got from NIRVC was almost like having our own personal concierge. When we left Las Vegas, every issue with the coach had been addressed and arrangements had been made in order to make minor repairs. The only pending issue was our Starlink accessories were not working. Over the course of the next four days, we called Starlink several times, left several ticket request and never received one call back. National indoor RV service and Newmar worked together an effort to contact Starlink with negative results. While traveling across country, we stopped at the National Indoor RV Center in Texas. Once their service members again, tried to work with Starlink with NO RESPONSE! Both Newmar and National Indoor RV Center tried to contact Starlink with no success. No return phone calls and absolutely no help from Starlink and their useless customer service. NIRVC spent a tremendous amount of time trying to activate and repair our Starlink system. After waiting all day once again, Starlink failed to contact us. Knowing how frustrated we were with our lack of service from Starlink, NIRVC Requested one of their employees who was not a service technician, but very tech savvy person to have a look at our coach. This is what I’m talking about by them going above and beyond. Rachael was able to spend a little time on the unit. She diagnosed the problem and set everything up so that Starlink was now working for us. Thank you for going the extra mile when Starlink completely failed to contact us and totally let us down. Had it not been for Newmar and NIRVC’s tenacious customer service, I would be willing to bet that Starlink would never have bothered to call us back and follow through with their horrible customer service. Unfortunately, with most companies, it seems like the second you drive off the lot there goes your contact and customer service. Not this time, I am pleased to tell you there are least there are two companies that stand up for their products and that’s Newmar and NIRVC. Thank you for not taking your business practices from Starlink. Starlink could learn something from your professionalism and customer service.

Dear NIRVC Dallas Team, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I recently received at your Dallas location. From my initial inquiry through project completion, the entire experience felt truly concierge-level. I worked with Sean Simerly in Paint & Body to repair and repaint a body panel between two cargo bay doors. The communication was clear, proactive, and professional throughout the process. Most importantly, the body work itself was flawless — you genuinely cannot tell the repair was ever done. That level of craftsmanship is rare and deeply appreciated. While the coach was in for body work, I also coordinated with Brandon Aeling in Service to add tank heaters through the KIB touch panel system. Brandon and the service team executed the work exactly as discussed, and the project was completed ahead of schedule. That kind of reliability and efficiency makes a significant difference. When we arrived for pickup, the motorhome was washed, plugged into shore power, and staged out front waiting for us. That attention to detail perfectly capped off an already exceptional experience. I would absolutely recommend NIRVC to other motorhome owners and will not hesitate to return for future service needs. I had a great experience with NIRVC of Dallas in the purchase of our new Panoramic RV. The negotiation process was conducted efficiently via phone, and following initial inspection, they had the van ready for delivery with all the handful of minor issues resolved satisfactorily. Our salesperson Leslie Yoder was responsive and low pressure throughout the sales experience. She was a pleasure to do business with. Technician Richie provided a thorough tutorial on all the systems on delivery day. We're very happy with our rig and I would recommend NIRVC to anyone else in the market for an RV.

Let me start by saying that this is our sixth RV in thirty years, and it was BY FAR the easiest purchase of a motorhome/trailer that we've ever experienced. After searching every dealer in the U.S. earlier this year, we found an RV on the NIRVC website that we liked... a 2025 Coachmen Encore 335FS. We contacted them and were paired with a sales rep, Stephanie Lopez, at the Lewisville, TX, location. After a little going back and forth, we drove the three hours to meet with her and look at the coach. She walked us through and then left us ALONE to spend some time to get more familiar with it... which we really appreciated. NO PRESSURE. We told her we were going to go home, do some more research, crunch numbers, and come back.... which we did. We made a second trip back to spend the day in the rig to get more comfortable with it, take measurements, etc. We ultimately decided that this was the RV for us, so we made a third and final trip back to finalize the deal. The already discounted price was so fair that we didn't even have to waste our precious time haggling... it was truly the quickest purchase experience we've ever had. Before signing the purchasing documents, we were allowed to put down a very small deposit to hold the coach in order for us to hire an independent outside inspector to check it all out... top to bottom, front to back. NIRVC was very nice and allowed the company to inspect the rig, on site, for several hours (we got a 105 page report, with photos). Minor repairs were noted and repaired, and we picked the bus up without any problems. We've had a few minor warranty issues since then, but both the Nashville and Lewisville locations have been very accommodating in allowing us to stay, FREE OF CHARGE, for several days at a time, IN OUR OWN COACH, in their on site "campgrounds" while repairs have been made. Who else provides that kind of option?!?? In addition, the Lewisville service department is open seven days a week, which makes dropping off and picking up super convenient. All said, we have been very, very happy with our decision to purchase from NIRVC and will continue to highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in buying a motorhome.

Relaxing buying experience with Garrett. He took really good care of us and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Good customer service after the sale too. He checked on us repeatedly and offered assistance with anything we might need. And he was right on with his estimates on delivery for our brand new coach.
