YOU WILL NEVER NEED ANOTHER MECHANIC. Nedza Automotive Inc. is made of up two car geniuses Steve and Don. They know EVERYTHING on domestic cars. Allow me to give you an example: 1. My dad's truck broke down in Mundelein. He didn't want to pay for a longer tow to Nedza so he went to the CarStar in Mundelein. Their diagnosis of the truck was that it needed a new fuel pump and spark plugs. It cost him $1300 and the truck was not fixed. Later that week, my dad went to Nedza with me because my car needed routine maintenance. He told Steve about the problem. Steve said "you know Brian, in those 2011 Chevrolet big box trucks, sometimes it's a small ground wire between the mountain of the engine and a chasting." My dad told that to the workers of CarStar. The workers replaced it for $50. The truck worked. WITHOUT EVEN SEEING THE CAR IN FRONT OF THEM, STEVE CORRECTLY DIAGNOSED A PROBLEM THAT WAS MISDIAGNOSED IN PERSON. Absolutely brilliant. My dad vowed to never go to any other car mechanic. 6/7 members of my family always go to Nedza. Always.

Living in the city I have had a bear of a time finding someone to fix my car that I trust. Especially being a woman, I always feel like the auto shops are tagging on "problems " with my Jeep that aren't really an issue but know that I can't prove them otherwise due to my lack of knowledge on that matter. Finding Steve was a god sent when he was able to come to the rescue when my back window was about to fall off the hatch back of my car. Due to his positive reviews, I called him to ask if he could fix a hing on my back door of my jeep. Though he didn't have the part, he ordered the part right away and I was able to bring my car in that Saturday. He did it all under 20 minutes which I thought would have taken a couple of hours because it is a pretty big project due to the fact that my back window was on the verge of falling off the hatch back of my Jeep completely! Oh and one more thing he took me in on a Saturday which was so nice of him he will do Saturday appointments if you ask! Thanks again!

Hands down the best mechanic/shop I have been to. These gentlemen (Steve and Don) are honest, courteous, and do good work. One day I couldn't get my trunk open and heard a very mysterious squeaking noise. Nervous to drive, I called Nedza. Steve helped me with the trunk, re-assured me I was still ok to drive with "the squeaky noise" for the time being until they could check it out further. He did all this at the very end of the day and didn't even charge me! This is just one example of how they look out for the customer, not just the job. Nedza provides reasonable pricing and excellent customer service. It is a good, honest business that one rarely finds these days. I love these guys!

Steve at Nedza Automotive is awesome. My wife and I had issues with our back hatch of our SUV. Over time, the hinge eroded and the glass literally was hanging on by a thread. Steve ordered the part right away and was able to get us in as soon as the part delivered only 2 days later. Would highly recommend!

Update: Ownership reached out to rectify the issue with my brakes and installed new rotors and pads with premium quality. I appreciate the commitment addressing my concerns and the prompt resolution. Thank you for ensuring customer satisfaction, your understanding, and professionalism. Those that are not car savvy beware! I brought my car to Nedza in December 2023 for ceramic brakes and rotors. They started squeaking in May 2024 so I took my car back to Nedza. They had my car for 2 days (over a holiday weekend) and never serviced my vehicle, said they didn't have time but test drove it and there were no issues. By June 2024 the noise got louder and grinding began so I took it to my dealership and another local shop for inspection. Results.... Not only did Nedza use metallic material, they used the worst grade and I need new brakes and rotors after only 7 months. As a woman, I feel used and betrayed by this family owned establishment and would never recommend them to anyone ever again.

Jesus is amazing. He came to our house this morning (a Saturday) and fixed our Transit van in our driveway. We could not get the van out of park and after spending most of the day Friday trying all the fixes we could, we had given up and thought we would need to have it towed.
