This is the best self car wash in Chattanooga in my opinion. It takes credit cards and debit cards instead of cash. All of the different fluids stay stocked. You can’t ask for anything better

Originally I thought this carwash was amazing. I was excited to find one close to my home that was clean and free of the wrong sort of people. I should have read all of the signs before starting my wash. I used a debit card thinking it was $2.50. NO SIR! First of all the hose connected to the wand was not connected. It simply sprayed from above on the wall. Ok, so I hit the "STOP Charging" button to end the debacle. I thought ok no big deal it's just $2.50 I will pay attention to that in the future. I get a notification from my bank that I was charged $15.00 OMG WTH??? WELL There's a sign under the pay machine 'I added the pic'' explaining this insane way of their procedure. My review went from 5 star's to one immediately. It would behoove the owner/owner's to make this blatantly clear in a better way. I will give the carwash one more shot because of cleaning and location, but will definitely be using quarters.

Accepts cards for the car washing part, but coins only for the vacuums (it’d be nice if it also took cards). Really strong water pressure and vacuums work pretty well and weren’t over loaded with trash. Great car wash for those that like to do it more themselves then go through a automatic one.

Brought my brand new SUV here for the first time 2 weeks ago because it had been recommended by a friend because it was (the only?) No touch car wash in the area. My new car is Pearl white and I do not want to take the chance of any scratches from auto car wash brushes. The no touch wash did pretty good, however; I was disappointed that when I pulled out to hand dry it, I opened my hatch and there was still soap. Thankfully, because I wanted to hand dry, I saw the soap. Did not read the reviews until now, but seeing how much care the owner takes in this car wash and customers, I will be giving it another try today. Hoping for a better rinse cycle and no soap left behind.

I like to keep my vehicles, including rentals for business looking good. I've used dozens and dozens of "spray washes" over the years across the country. This one is the best I've used.. every time I've visited the bays are clean, all options (wash, wax, spot free rinse) have a noticeably good amount of product being dispensed, quality hog hair brushes in excellent condition, security cameras, the whole premises is clean. To the owner.. you take pride in this place and it shows.. best self-service car wash I've ever used..

UPDATE: I had a great conversation with Mark who owns this business. He’s the type of business owner who stands by his services and he took care of the issue promptly. More than happy to return to this car wash knowing that he will actively take care of any problems that might arise. This place was a bust for me. On Friday 8/9 around 6:35, I pulled my red SUV in to manually wash my car. The soap dispenser barely kicked out any soap, the spot free rinse came out at a trickle, and the air dryer didn’t work at all (the button was taped up). All I did was waste time and money plus my car actually looked worse afterwards. I took it through the automatic side to purchase the “ultimate” and it seems to be somewhat better. Unfortunately there aren’t too many places where I can get a touchless wash, so I might try it again later.

This car wash is a good one to use, it's kept clean by the property management, and customers as well, all the equipment I've used works good, and it isn't terribly expensive also, in case you need to take advantage of it the option to use a card

I would give 5 stars,i used self wash the stall was clean the soap brush was clean dispensed soap well great water pressure for rinse but I am leaving 1 star because because the price on the wash was not what I was charged. I washed twice so had to scan card twice then dried had to pat again to restart and dry. So total of 3 times that I had to scan my card. All 3 times I was charged alot more that the price on the car wash . I didn't notice this untill I was home and checked my cash app balance and saw the 3 charges for the wash. It charged $13.00 more than it says it will charge. I will call and try to get it figured out,if it's not taken care of i will not use again

Brilliant place to wash your car! I honestly don’t think I’ve been to a better self serve car wash before and we have tested many over the years! Everything worked smoothly, easy to get quarters for the vacuum, which was super strong and powerful. Extra towels and what nots are available for purchase if you need. There’s an automatic car wash if you want.. I recommend coming here on a sunny day because you can fully enjoy the sunlight and bright skies as you wash your car in the open fresh air. You will get it done much faster and with more fun than you could at home so I think the price is worth it. Our five year old had the best time helping me and learned how to shampoo, scrub and rinse the car. Overall rather than a horrible chore I had been avoiding for too long, this turned out into a fun outdoors event for me and my son! I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back!

I’m very impressed with this car wash! Very clean facility, clear signage, and good prices. Credit card payment makes things quick and easy, too. I’m not sure if soap or some kind of cleaning chemicals are supposed to be dispensed with the spot-free rinse, so I chose to finish with the regular rinse since that option seemed to dispense just water. I will continue to come back as it was a nice place to forget about the world for a bit and just simply focus on washing my car.

Mark is a great help. I like the vacuum they have to dry off the vehicle when you’re done washing. My truck looks super clean.

This is my favorite self car wash spot for sure. I bucket wash here and its always clean and well lit. Love that it takes cards. Vacuums still need quarters tho. The heaters aren't working currently, any update on when those will be fixed? 🤔

Cleaned the thick stuff off but left streaks all over my car because the air dryers didn’t work. Wasn’t expecting perfection by any means but my car is ceramic coated and it hardly cleaned it at all. My windshield is still dirty too. $13 wash waste of money

Great spot! Self-wash takes debit/credit which is very nice, and the price was comparable to auto-wash spots for an arguably better clean. Facility was clean, all the options for soaps/foams/wax worked great. Will definitely be coming back. Lower cars may scrape a little on their way out, and if you turn right when you leave the road gets a little rough. Not a huge deal though. Still very much worth bringing your car to for a nice wash.

The place is spotless and everything works every time. My last visit I didn’t follow the clearly posted and very understandable instructions. As a result, the charge was considerably more than I thought it should be. Again, this was MY error. I contacted the owner and we figured out what happened. As a result, he issued a refund. Customer service at its finest.

The sprayer ate the paint off of my SUV. I called the number and the owner said the bays on the right are stronger sprayers. He said that information is posted somewhere, but I never saw signs saying I was using a stronger bay. Why would anyone need a sprayer that is so strong it will eat the paint off your car? I found pics on Apple Maps for this car wash from 2023 where it did the same thing to someone’s gray SUV.

The automatic wash interface is ambiguous, crusty and frosted over, it barks at you in an unintelligible human voice and doesnt offer any prompts of what to do next. I tried it twice but stopped there in case it was charging me. A certain amount of sketchiness is expected at carwashes but this one has crossed the line. Thirty minutes out of the way I'll never get back. Edit: Your confusion with "frosted," I will clarify this. The plastics are frosted up due to chemical changes, not cold temperatures, like an old pair of car headlights. The voice is awful and you insult my intellegence by doubling down on that. I totally believe when you say you have owned that carwash for 21 years because that Unitec(?) Wash Select interface is at least from 2005. The very first car wash on Joiner rd off of East Brainerd is where I went. The signage told me at least that I was at the right place, so you insult my intellegence a second time? Why not. I bet you think I would get lost driving home every day without google maps. I've never had a problem with the auto and self carwashes in my 25 years of using them, but hey, I must be the wrong one here.
