Wanted to charge me 456 dollars for a used alternator in kahoots with Hines detail dealer. They sold me a dangerous car. Not veteran friendly. Take advantage of women. Car has had 8 tires replaced in 3 months.

I had a charging problem with my vehicle I changed the alternator I got a new battery and I could not figure it out for anything I took my car to the people at Farrow's Device Center they were great my car was up and running in no time. Always great work and at decent prices. Only complaint is they are pretty slow but understandable as they seem to stay pretty packed. So be prepared to leave your vehicle for a while with them but you won't be disappointed in the work or prices.

I came to Farrow's with an Acadia that developed an engine knock on my cross country road trip. Philip helped me out in a huge way, treated me like family and helped me make the best decision regardless of financial gain. He was straight up about everything and weighed the options there with me till we ultimately came to a decision. The mechanics were knowledgeable and knew exactly what they were dealing with on spot. I cannot recommend this shop enough, if you're in the Chattanooga area and need any serious repair work done I definitely advise going here before anywhere else.

03 G35. previous owner abused it. the car had been to two other shops previously and they both mentioned that my front suspension rattle was lower control arms. Farrows who was the first place to say strut. Farrows installed my lower control arms, and while it did help when I drove around town. when I got out on the freeway and go over 55 that rattle came back. bought some coilovers, had Farrows install them. when asked about dialing them in, I left it to them. it was a wise decision. the car used to sit level, they didn't lower it too much but now it's got a nice aggressive stance to it. one of the few places that will install aftermarket parts which is very helpful. But two other shops said lower control arms, this was the guy who called strut. so that tells me who's the real diagnostic mechanic. Happy with their work. Will be annoying them in 2025.

Rebuild .040 over, paid $5500.00 and got nothing I paid for except for the actual bore. Cheaper pistons than i paid for and not a single new part was installed despite paying for specific new parts. They also refused to discuss programming computer, which is absolutely necessary, until finished, only then to be told they cannot do programming. Discussed keeping some old parts, yet they threw them away KNOWING I requested to keep them. This rebuild also took them approximately 18 months. NUMEROUS calls, texts, and attempts to discuss with the owner, STEVEN FARROW, yet nothing but ignored. Started legal process until I could no longer afford. LIARS !! CROOKED, CROOKED, CROOKED !!!! Even caught them in lies, and when pointed out, like a deer in headlights, had no answer at all, just played stupid. Would NEVER recommend for ANY REASON ! Never had such an EXTREMELY TERRIBLE experience.
