Called around to get shocks on my 81 El Camino, most shops turned me down, they said they didn't work on anything that age. I mean come on it is just shocks. Anyway, took my truck to them, I was gonna have one of my coworkers pick me up but they said they would be done before a ride could get there. Sure enough they were done in about 15 minutes. They looked over my vehicle for me and gave me some recommendations. Great business and great mechanics.

Hey Patrick & Stephen are the best! I drove up a little after 8am on Saturday and they got right to my car. Patrick was so professional and down to earth. Stephen did a great job and worked quickly. Parts delivery was super fast! They fixed the issue, no unnecessary work. I was comfortable with the price. Lots of customers standing around swear by their work. I would recommend!

By far the most honest and well priced mechanic shop I have EVER been to. Patrick is the manager and has always taken great care of my cars and honest with what is necessary and not. I moved to Chattanooga a few years ago and was quoted by multiple places for some work and not only was Maxi the best price, but turned out I didn't need some of the work the others told me I did. Mechanics are notorious for adding more work than needed but the honesty here won my business for as long as I live here. I won't take my cars anywhere else. I've recommended this place to countless people and they all have had the same experience.

Traveler on side of road with an over heated engine and leaking antifreeze in my jeep wrangler. Lol Called this place they referred a great tow company who came to me asap. Squeezed me in for service. Had problem diagnosed, looked over the rest of my vehicle, repaired and out the door to continue my road trip to WA. Manager was so kind and patient. Whole staff went out of there way over and above expectations. Really nice to meet great people in business that honesty care about the service they provide. Wish this mechanic was in my home state! I have been to this MAXI a number of times and they have always treated me well. I appreciate calling them and always getting a live person within a couple of rings. I actually live closer to another Maxi but go out of my way to go to this location because they typically aren't as slammed and can get to my car quicker. I dropped off my car last night and within 30 mins of opening this morning they had looked at my car and sent a quote. The work that needed to be done was for a part that they replace about a year ago that failed and had a 2 year warranty, they stood by their warranty and did the work again for free. The car was ready by 11 o'clock. Often times mechanics have a bad reputation for how they conduct their business. Maxi has always stood above the rest and I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla and it came with a brake problem. Couldn’t nobody figure out what was wrong with it. For about two years, my brakes were scrub if I came to abrupt stop, but when I took it Maxi’s auto services, they fixed it within a couple of hours and I’ve never had the problem again I recommend this shop 100% and the price was reasonable Good Job Maxi 👍🏾
