I was not too happy with over all service. Truck was towed there overnight with a busted water pump. I was never called to let know of how much it was going to cost then took double the time to fix and was about to be charged over $700 then after bringing up my concerns than the final charges were over $600. Most of the charge was in labor that took double time supposedly. Was also charged for diagnosing when most places will waive if they fix the problem. I was able to pay for that but some people would be without a car if they couldn’t pay. Lenny stressed it was a women friendly shop and women can trust them that they will be taken care of but not so sure about that this time. Just being honest so the next women don’t get stuck with a bill that they cannot pay and without a car.

The service combination package they offer, which includes exchange of all the fluids (transmission, coolant, brake, and oil) would cost far more if priced individually, and multiple other services were also included. The service was done quickly as I dropped the car off mid-afternoon one day and it was ready by lunchtime the following day. The staff is courteous and ready to work with.

My boyfriend and I were visiting from out of town when my check engine light came on. Precision Tune Auto Care was the closet place to us at the time and boy was I thankful!! The manager (I believe Lenny) took the time to not only squeeze us in but made me feel very reassured that I was in great hands. From conversation alone, I could tell this was a genuine auto shop that cared about its customers. Not only did he diagnose and fix my car problems, he took the time to help me understand the issue and mechanism at hand. As a woman, I have often felt that car repair shops don’t take the time to thoroughly explain what is going on but Precision Tune Auto Care did such a wonderful job at helping me understand my car better. They have such reasonable pricing as well. If I wasn’t from out of town, this would officially be my new auto care shop!

I had a great experience at Precision Tune in Hixson! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative about what my car needed. They completed my tune-up quickly and even pointed out a few minor issues before they had the chance to become bigger problems. Pricing was very fair in my opinion, and Lenny made sure to explain everything that the mechanics were going to do ahead of time. It’s rare to find an auto shop that’s this reliable. I’ll definitely be back!

I came for a Pre-purchase inspection. Everyone was extremely helpful. They recommended I purchase the vehicle, but also showed me something they found. They gave me a quote for the repair. I was able to use that and negotiated a better price for the vehicle by $400. I would go again in a heartbeat! They knew I wouldn’t be around to use them for the maintenance because I was from out of town, but still took their time and helped me out!

This is a fantastic place! They helped me so much ,my car engine was bad, and there was a factory defect in it, ( I didnt know about it) Lenny and staff went the extra mile(s) to get me to the manufacturer repair campaign and got the engine replaced for free under the warrenty. They also repaired other needs on my vehicle after the engine was replaced. They are very honest, thorough ,concienceous, and do absolutely great work in amazingly quick time.... I HIGHLY recommend them for your auto needs!

If you are looking for a mechanic to trust, that gets the job done and is affordable and can work with you, look no further! I've been bringing my vehicles to Lenny since 2013, he's identified issues that were missed by other mechanics time and time again. I always trust Lenny to get the job done, done right, and at an affordable rate. I'm never "upsold" unnecessary services or quoted for problems my vehicle doesn't have. They'll do exactly what is diagnosed and anything else requested. I've had bad experiences with other mechanics doing work I didn't need without asking and then charging me for it. I have NEVER had that problem here at Precision or with Lenny. I'll keep coming back over and over for the excellent service, competitive pricing, and accurate diagnostic. You WONT find a better shop in town

Called first to check out the price I've never been there and just needed a radiator flushed they said since its my first time m e 150 out the door so I went with it. Got there they took very good care of me and explained alot of what I didnt know to me about my vooling system and why it is important not to use regular water in it. Took about an hour and a half. Good service tho would recommend to alot of people.
