I truly thought that the insurance company would total my car because of the extensive damage caused when my wife hit a deer. I have had to get body work three times in the last 5 years, and this time it was by far the worst. I was very surprised at the quote they gave me, as it was WAY less than I thought it would be given my experiences. I didn't think there was any way that they could fix my car for what they quoted, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I took the car to my mechanic to have the work checked out and he said they did a fantastic job!

Generally, I am VERY SATISFIED with about $5,000 of repair work done on my 2017 Mustang at the Classic Collision Shop, Chapman North, 6041 International Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37421. Steve, John, Revonda, Shannon, and the technicians are extremely helpful, competent, professional, and friendly. HOWEVER, because of departmental PURCHASING PROBLEMS caused by recent expansions of nationwide Classic Collision locations, it has taken an incredible amount of time to order and apply my Mustang stripe! I brought my car to this shop as scheduled on September 5, 2025. As of November 7, 2025, my Mustang stripe has been unable to obtain for application. That's more than 2 months!! This is just a bad situation, and Classic Collision corporate should absolutely do better to complete this final, minor repair step. Again, the overall quality of work and service at this repair shop is excellent. But the new Classic Collision PURCHASING SYSTEM must be greatly improved for the company to provide an excellent customer experience.

I have bought my Subaru impressed there for them to repair the back paint work looks good the bodywork it’s somewhat OK. My trunk moves a little and it’s not proper lined up and also my right tail light sticks out a little the day I picked it up. I spoke with the GM. He told me he’ll contact the insurance and call me but I waited over six months and no one called. I need to get more stuff done on my vehicle. I don’t think I’ll go back to this place.

The staff at this repair shop don't communicate well, they break promises, and did not fix my car correctly. Now, I have more issues with my car than I did when I gave it to them. They fixed one thing only to mess up another thing that coincides with the problem they fixed and want to point the blame somewhere else.

This was a great experience for a bummer of an incident. Noah and Shannon were great. I received text messages on a regular basis informing me of the progress. I also had to call one or two times with questions and Shannon was wonderful getting the information to me. Noah handled my repair and he was so nice and had a great attitude and personality. Also, my car was repaired really quick and the quality of the repair was great. I scrutinized it and didn’t have to ask for any modifications. I really appreciate that. This experience was very positive.
