★☆☆☆☆ I wouldn't even recommend using this service to my worst enemy, they are liars and crooks. Needed 10 gallons of diesel in a truck 2 miles from their shop and they charged us almost $600.00. was told over the phone it would be price of fuel plus $0.25 a gallon surcharge and the call fee. Guy shows up and adds 2 hours of labor to the bill and now 10 gallons of diesel just cost $600 after 20 mins on side of road. The owner was not happy at all and agreed that you were crooks he paid the bill to release the truck so we could go back to work. There's a big difference

★★★★★ Thank you for the quick response and repair done at our site at the RV park, which was likely twice as fast or more as having it done under the Ford warranty and we didn't have to find hotel accommodations while the RV was sitting at the Ford warranty repair location. Justin was great and recommended the heavy-duty spark plug wires which I was very agreeable with. The Ford warranty would have replaced them with the same but improved wires but under the high temperature condition of the Ford 7.3 V8 Godzilla engine the heavy-duty replacements were a no brainer. Justin was very knowledgeable and has great customer interaction.

★☆☆☆☆ We thought we finally found a good/honest mobile mechanic for our trucks but turns out we did not. The 1st red flag should have made us not call them again to service our trucks but we gave them more and more chances. We were sent an estimate to have a radiator replaced (8-10 hours quoted). When the job was done, we get an invoice for 10 hrs. When I called to ask why are we being charged 10 hrs since it did not take 10 hours, I was told it was bc they sent a 2nd guy to help finish the job faster. So it took them under 6 hours and we were responsible for paying for the extra help (no communication about this what so ever) The 2nd red flag was when we called in to have a repair done in Cleveland, TN when a discharge line had a break. Mechanic removed it, took it to get fixed, brought it back, put it back on, and good to go. 2.5 hours max in driving back and forth (only told 10-15 mins to put part back on and test drive, if that was even done); we got an invoice for 4 hours. Once again, I call them bc this was a ridiculous amount. We originally were going to go get the part and have them put it on but we were told it would be cheaper to have them to fix it. HUGE LIE right there. We got an invoice for $800+ for something that could have been $500 with a new part. End result, 30 mins were knocked off due to time error on their end and too much going on with other invoices. Again, still not right but we are like whatever, we need our trucks moving. Our last and final straw with them was the last repair when our truck finished a load and started having issues. We were getting codes on our ELD and called Rock Solid to see about getting it worked on (Tuesday 8:30am-ish). My husband was told they would have to do diagnostic. My husband is then told that we would get an estimate on what needs to be done by EOD. Never received it so he calls; gets told we will get it before they leave for the day (we got it the next day). Now it is Wednesday and a sensor has to be ordered and will arrive the next day. Now it Thursday, 5th sensor is put on and the issue is still not fixed. In the mix of replacing 5th sensor, the 6th sensor is broken and mechanic now has to get the sensor. We are then told the truck is good to run until the sensor comes in. Well, that what yet another lie bc the truck did not even make 200 yards before it broke down. Now it is Monday, everything is replaced and still not fixed. Mechanic (Rock) puts his hand on a harness, and truck starts running correct (after being told everything else was checked and about to be told it was the EGR). Literally a guessing game, waste of money, after being told we would only have to pay for the sensor and labor/fee. Something that would have been around $1000 turned out to be almost $2000. It was never a "we don't want to pay" issue, it is about being honest and upfront. Communication is horrible; more like no communication at all. Had us sitting at the truck for over an hour since he said he would be "right back" and ends up never coming back bc he didn't have the harness. Did we get a call? Not at all. Our trucks have cameras and sensors installed to notify us when someone is at the trucks so yea... We just wanted honest good work.
