They have picked up things in my car before they were about to go wrong. If something wasn't fixed right I take it back and they stand by their work. They do not make me pay again but they stand by their work and fix it right at no extra charge. They have always treated me with respect and I have been going to them for over / 30 years. My grandfather my father and my mother and my fathers stepmother all took their cars there to be fixed. Being a single woman I have learned to trust them and I think anyone should be able to get appropriate work on their car. There was one thing on my van that they could not get straight but they told me where to take it 2 people who work on vans because it was both electrical and physical that the door would not come down on my van and since it was appropriate for them to say we do not know how to fix it and they were able to give me the name and number of someone who knew how to fix it and had the appropriate machines to fix it. I believe any woman could trust their judgment.

There is a saying, "you can never put a good man down" and i see a lot of good reviews here for this company. But listen to my story and feel what im feeling right now. Took my truck to this shop for a repair, its still running just need repair coz its not running good, waited for a week before they even check on it and then it took them another week to work on it. Monday came they call us to pick up the truck coz its ready and our bill is less than 1800, when we arrived at the shop they told us to haul the truck coz it wont start. We are devastated, we are expecting the truck to be ready to drive. So, the question is why would u bill us 1800 for a truck that wont even start. It's like robbing us in broad daylight. They even threaten to leave the truck outside their shop and be ready to lose converter if we don't pick it up that day. What happen to great people, honest mechanics, great staff reviews i see on this website, they're just heartless mechanics and don't care of other people. I know they spend time checking and working on it but at least don't bill me that much for a truck that wont even start. This kind of people makes me lose faith with people, if a company with good reviews can do this to me imagine a company with bad reviews can do.

Our car started acting up driving from Michigan. Tried two shops who couldn't help us because it was an electrical issue and referred us here. They got us right in and diagnosed the issue (ignition coil). We only had to wait 45 min. for the part to arrive and they fixed the issue right away. They were also super hospitable as we were travelling with our dog and they gave him lots of treats and welcomed him in the waiting room with us.

Great place to bring your vehicle for under the hood service other than the engine like headlights, fluid containers, wiring, electrical, etc.... My car had a headlight issue that I couldn't fix and other auto shops wouldn't work on but referred me to O K Auto and they did the work in a little amount of time and reasonably priced. Thanks for the great service you provided for me and will definitely be returning in the future for all my mechanical needs. On recent return visits I had front wheel sway bars installed and a transfer bellows plus took some friends there to get a muffler replaced or repaired and due to being booked up for days referred us to Williams Muffler Shop and got it repaired in about an hour!

I have a mechanic that I have used for the last 15 years and he is always fair and honest!!! And he is very good at what he does. There are a few things he is not set up for so he told me to call o.k. auto service so I did. I called and spoke to Charlie. I asked if he could take a look at my wife's care and I knew they were very busy!! So I had the vehicle towed to him, he checked it out and by the end of the day he had it fixed, I know this is not typical in the world of repairing cars. He passed on credit to ford for having the part in stock. So if you need a ride fixed holler at Charlie and see what he can do for you. I will definitely take him more business, the only thing better than a good honest mechanic is 2 of them I feel very lucky!!!

No mechanic should feel good about charging $117 dollars to change a cabin air filter. I even brought the filter in. Shame on y’all
