These people went above and beyond to provide good service! I had to drop a friend off at Erlanger Hospital for surgery and decided to wait in the parking deck until it was over. In the meantime, my car battery went dead. These kind people brought a battery TO ME and installed it while in the parking deck. It was 27 degrees outside and I was freezing and was going to be stranded with a surgical patient. They saved us both! Can’t thank these lifesavers enough!!

I called Battery Sales and Service one morning to get a USED battery and I go there 5 minutes later since it’s close to my home and I walk out with a brand new battery that was put in by one of the men there (maybe the owner or manager). They don’t even offer the service to put in new battery but he was soooo nice and did it in no time. He even Offered water and made me feel like I had no more worries! This place and the people are amazing here and I definitely recommend going there for your battery needs! He was polite and told me other things I need to check out on my car, very informative! If I could rate 10 stars I would! I couldn’t thank him enough!

I was on an RV trip from Michigan to Florida and my wet cell 6V house batteries went bad after years of faithful service. I decided to make the switch to AGM, so I called and got a quote and the guarantee they were in stock. I arrived an hour later and paid for them. I was given a strap to pull my old batteries and the new ones were brought to the RV so I could change them in the lot. This is amazing service. I was done in just over 30 min for the full swap out and all I had to do was leave my old ones on the pallet - right next to the RV. This is top notch service and the price was lower than local competitors. It’s rare that those 2 go together. Thank you so much!
