This place is a small local business and strive to do a wonderful job. We have always taken our autos here to have them repaired and would not go anywhere else. They are honest people! I see some negative reviews and not sure why because if anything has ever been wrong or I wanted to change or add to they always bend over backwards to help and make it happen. GO SEE THESE GUYS I PROMISE YOU WONT BE SORRY AND BE GLAD YOU CHOSE THEM!!!!

Place looks rough, lot of old cars on the lot, and less formal estimate sheet (handwritten and not printed, and fewer details); however, they did a fantastic job of fixing dents and scratches after an accident. They repaired the door and painted the entire car for less than the cost of the first estimate we got for only repairing and painting the door. Plus, Eddie was much nicer and finished the car in 2 weeks when the 1st place said they couldn't ever start for 6 weeks. Looks like an entirely new car now! He even took out the hail damage on the trunk and another dent that we didn't even ask him to. Could not be more pleased!

I’ve had several cars fixed here and Jason does an amazing job EVERY time. All the other shops are difficult to work with and get into, but Express makes everything easy and completes the work in a timely manner. It’s my go to in Chattanooga. I highly recommend them!

These guys did a FANTASTIC job on my car!!! Repaired the back tailgate and some minor bodywork, plus a complete paint job. They included blacking out the fender wells, trim, undercarriage, and so much more that I would have never thought to touch-up. My car was originally white and now you would never know from looking at it! The price was more than fair! This was a custom paint color and they nailed it. I couldn't be happier - seriously I am thrilled with the quality, price, and attention to detail!

I would not be able to recommend Express Auto Paint & Collision. The driver door of my Honda Minivan needed to be replaced following an accident. The door selected for replacement did not match and was of unacceptable quality (see photos). I was told that I "was complaining more than anyone else in 5 years" which made me nervous to continue giving them the opportunity to make it right (kind of like sending your food back to the kitchen). My driver window does not roll up and down properly, some of the buttons inside the driver door are not operational and my door handle is very loose. I took the vehicle to other auto-body shops in town following Express Auto's work to make sure I was not "having unrealistic expectations" and all of the other shops agreed my vehicle was not fixed correctly. I am now paying out of pocket to have the work redone elsewhere. It is worth the wait for a shop where employees do not smoke in your car, have a high standard for an end result and do not make you feel like an inconvenience. In response to your response - Yes. the photos were after the first time it was 'fixed' however, it was not an esthetically pleasing 'fix' so we brought it back. We appreciated you making it better but upon pickup the handle was loose and the buttons & window still did not operate properly. I did not feel comfortable continuing to come back to you all because I was being told I was complaining too much nor did I want workers to continue smoking inside of my vehicle so we opted to go elsewhere and pay out of pocket for it to be redone.

I’d give more stars if I could. Had an all over paint job done on my 1995 Honda acty in a pretty difficult color and it came back to me looking brand new. Turnaround was quick, customer service was Grade-A and the price wasn’t half bad either. 10/10 would come again.

Someone hit my Camaro on the interstate. I got several estimates for the insurance company but ended up going to express auto paint and they did a fantastic job at an incredible price than the following month. I had a deer on the opposite front side of my car as the previous repair. It was cash out of my pocket and they once again did an incredible job in an incredible price I would recommend this auto body company to anyone at everyone I know not only were they great qualities awesome but they were very quick and getting my car back to me. I used Express Auto after I was hit. I had only had my car back 1 week from another body shop from a previous incident. When I got hit this time my gate was completely messed up. Brakes were messed up as well. I got my car back today and it looks amazing and the brakes work so well! They also cleaned and detailed my car. Even with it being the Holidays I got my car back way faster than expected. The previous body shop I used for the first accident took almost two months to complete front end repairs and the communication was lacking. The communication from Express has been wonderful. They also handled everything with insurance and my rental. I didn’t have to do the double work of communicating with both parties when getting the stuff completed. Definitely would recommend!
