I came in with a 16 Ram 3500 (97,xxx miles) that several shops had told me I had bad ball joints due to my highly uneven tire wear. All bids I got for this job were $2000+. I took the truck to Jimmy and he said "Before we start throwing parts on it, let us take a look at it." The truck was looked over by them only to find out the ball joints and all parts in the front end are in great condition (however the front end had massive negative toe in which was fixed very promptly). After an alignment the truck feels BRAND NEW and my fuel mileage is even a bit better. These guys literally saved me thousands when they could have slapped me with a $1500 bill and called it a day. I probably wouldn't have been the wiser. In an industry full of scammers, these guys are the opposite. To all the guys down there. You're the best. Give yourself a big pat on the back. I won't use another tire dealer besides yall ever. Wish I could give you guys 10 stars!

A great place! Very efficient, they work you right in and there is always someone greeting everyone as they come in the door. I have used them for tires and brake work on all of my cars. I have seen everything in their shop from exotic cars to large work trucks. Just this morning my low tire pressure light came on. I stopped in they pulled a nail out of my tire fixed the leak checked my air pressure all in about 15 minutes. I have always had great service and they have a talented crew.

The owner of this store was very courteous and let me know that there was a first come first serve basis. His mechanic was very thorough and I felt like I got the best service for my money at this shop. It’s hard to find honest mechanics and good prices. I believe the store provides honest feedback on his services and good pricing.

My mom and I were traveling from out of state and while we were in town we got a screw stuck in one of our tires. We looked up some shops and found this one, and we got lucky! All of the employees were extremely nice, they got us in right away, they told us all of our options, and were very helpful!!!! They were honest, quick, and very nice. They talked to us the whole time while we were waiting and we felt very welcomed here. This place has amazing service and I highly recommend it to anyone, in state or out of state!!! They saved us! We wouldn’t be able to continue our road trip without them!

We stopped in this morning as we were leaving Chattanooga after visiting family, and we’re heading home to Hannibal, Mo, about an 8 1/2 hour drive. Just as I left our sons, I found a flat tire with a large bolt and washer in it. I was able to air up and drive to Express Tire and Auto. We waited less than 10 minutes and they got us in, fixed up and on the road with a patch when I was more than willing to buy a tire. Thank you so much. We had a pretty warm day and 8 1/2 hr trip. No problems. Integrity, service and very pleasant to visit with. I certainly recommend

Always honest and reliable. My MIL thought there was something wrong with her brakes. They could have taken advantage but didn't. Instead of recommending brake work, they said there wasn't anything wrong but recommended bleeding the brakes. It worked and we paid a very reasonable price.

I had a really frustrating experience at Express Tire and Auto that I just have to share. I took my car in because my rear passenger tire had a slow “leak” (I had only put air in a few times). After they looked at it, the owner said there was a tiny hole with nothing in it, and I agreed to let them patch it up. While I waited in my car, I noticed the young mechanic was really struggling to get the tire off rim. The tire was on machine and he was using 2 crowbar like tools to assist in removing and even jumping on it—seriously, it was uncomfortable to watch. I kindly asked him to get some help because I was worried he’d damage my rim or puncture tire. Eventually, Billy, another employee, stepped in and removed the tire without any problems. They patched it up, I paid my $30, and thought I was good to go. But just 15 minutes later, my tire was completely flat! I tried calling the shop, but they were closed, so I left a message expressing my concerns. How did it go from slow leak that I had only added air a few times to completely flat in 15 minutes when I arrived downtown? When I went back today I expressed concern and also told him the mechanic bent the exterior of the rim and chipped it in 3 areas and I politely ask that he did not touch my car. The owner checked the tire and told me my rim was cracked - strangely he didn’t notice yesterday which is why tire was patched. He insisted it couldn’t have happened at their shop, but the young mechanic looked flustered and admitted he had trouble getting the tire off and that I said something to him. He even apologized. It was clear he might have caused the damage! The owner dismissed my concerns and told me I didn’t understand the situation and wasn’t comprehending and any tire shop would tell me the same thing. But I know my rim was fine before I brought my car in, and now I’m facing a $960 bill for a replacement. I also asked him to view camera footage and he mentioned no cameras was in garage. Im disappointed in myself for not saying something sooner to the mechanic as I watched him struggle a few minutes. I definitely do not recommend this shop, especially if you encounter that younger mechanic. It’s clear he needs more training before handling these kinds of jobs. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that values their customers (especially women) and knows what they’re doing and don’t talk to customers as if they are incompetent. I know he is going to read review and respond as if I’m delusional. No sir, your employee cracked my rim. It is clear and he apologized for any wrong doing.

Frustrated to say the least. Took my car here for a $1500+ repair and drove home with another problem. My catalytic converter was stolen while on their lot. There are no security cameras where they parked my car, and when we tried to address the issue, we were met with a lack of accountability and empathy from the owner. Not willing to cover any expenses or share their insurance information with us. What a nightmare this has been for my family. After spending that much, to be met with complete indifference is beyond disappointing.

Worst service I’ve had. Not only were they overpricing everything they were selling, but on top of that they were trying to make me buy things I don’t need, and then on top of that 450 for labor. And the parts themselves were only $250 and they asked 1200 for the job. Ridiculous. On top of that they told me they had to use the emergency break to park the car, I’m used to an emergency break in the middle so I ask where it is in my car (since it’s new) and guess what they refuse to tell me and on top of that they wouldn’t even tell me and then next I ask is it okay if I keep it there and they said yeah, and then they said you have to have it out this time tomorrow, and I ask if it’s possible if I can keep it there till Wednesday cause the breaks are literally out and they tell me no this time tomorrow (it’s Monday only 2 days). So naturally since I’m not paying 1200 for an overpriced repair then I’m not gonna pay a tow to take it home. And they try to scare me from driving my own car and they start raising their voice and getting mad so I walk out because I’m not playing with little kids disguised as grown men, and drive home perfectly fine with my broken breaks, because I’m not letting my dream die at express tire and auto service 🤣

I had my car towed to Express Tire & Auto Service, based on recommend to me from a customer of 20+ years, who spoke highly of the business and only had very pleasant honest comment of the service they’ve received over the year. I however, I wish I could leave a positive review, but I can’t because I did not receive the kind of service in which he spoke about. After having my car for 24hrs with no call from the business, to any of the three phones which they were given, I called them. The man that picked up the phone was dismissive towards me when I asked question regarding my car. He then told me he had no clue what was going on with it and he honestly didn’t think PJ did either other than my car was”spitting and sputtering”. When I ask if it could possible be that my battery dead due to the cold weather, which caused my car to lose completer power, he told me no, but they would let me something as soon as they figure it out. About 15-20mins letter, I do believe it was PJ that call me back, telling me it was my alternator and I was looking at about $1700-$1800 to get it fixed. My boy friend stop by on his way home to get the actual quote from them. then we called several other places in to get a quote. Each of the other place quoted me between $900-$950 with parts and labor. When Express tire quoted me $1000 in labor. My boy friend called today to let them know we would not be using them as we got a cheaper quote and would like my car pulled so the tow service could pick it up. When he spoke to them, they told him they had no clue what we were quote because the guy that was looking at my car was not there. Several minutes after he ended the call they called back, letting him now they pulled my car out of the garage and we didn’t owe them anything for looking at my car. The young guy stated he understood about going somewhere cheaper. What’s really upsetting about this is the second mechanic had my car for less than 35min when he called me and ask that I tell him exactly what happen when my car stopped work. I did and then he told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my alternator and my batter was good, it just needed to be fully charged so he was going to charge it. Then asked it if was okay that he drive my car around tomorrow for about 20-30min to see if it acted up. I told him yes, but my car was running low on gas and he would have to put some gas in it. He called me back a little over an hour later to me know my battery was fully charge and the only thing he could find wrong with my car was it needed gas and a battery charged. He told me after driving it around for 30-35mins with no issue, I could come pick my car up tomorrow and I only owe him $120, that includes the $20 in gas he put in my car.
