Came here this guy started yelling at me called the day before to ask for repair and he said okay to go in at 8 I go in and turns out he does not do service for my type of car when yesterday he told me to bring it in I told him the year make and model of my car the day before couldn't you tell me that before I wasted an hour there.

This place is great for smog checks on your vehicle and will not charge you until you pass or strongly advise what needs to be done before attempting it again. I am sure their mechanical work is one of the best in East L.A. since John and his great repair shop have been around almost since the beginning of time.

Old school values; honesty, hard working, genuinely ethical. If you need your vehicles worked on right, they're the place to go. They're extremely honest and won't charge you for anything else but the work needed. The owner , as well as the mechanics , are very knowledgeable and quite professional. They're an all round family mechanic place to take your vehicle to and know that you can trust their work. I can't say enough good things about this place without falling short. I love this place.

I absolutely Love these guys! I have been coming here for at-least 20+ years. Free estimates, no up charges, no bait and switch. John the owner has all of the part prices in his head and is so accurate. His right hand man, Lino is the greatest! No fuss with him completely honest when comes down to it. My family has gone to Nishek Auto for a long time, but I never had a chance until now to bring my car in, because I live in another state. I bought my car in for oil, change, tire rotation, and Cabin air filter changed. I’m without words to describe how honest, efficient, and excellent the services is at Nishek Auto. Very knowledgeable, the prices an excellent value ( beyond excellent!) and they got it all done efficiently. I brought the car in early morning and it was done before their short estimated time span. This team are unbelievable, if you want excellent car care at an extremely good price with personal service, this is the place. And, they can work on all different kinds of cars. My car is a two-year-old kind of complex car brand. Lino and Freddy and the crew are the best out there! Way above the corporate car care companies that are taking over. This shop is a local treasure!
