Extremely unprofessional and is just trying to get you to spend money with them whether it’s what you want or not. Put a deposit down just to have the wrong mirror and be told to pay extra for their mistake. Do not put a deposit down with these people, that have multiple google pages but is one business, because it will be hard for you to get back as the owner doesn’t “check customers refunds.” Owner loves to talk but will not take ownership of any wrongs.

I called this place to get my windshield replaced on a Saturday and they told me they could get me in at 9 am on Sunday through my insurance' Safelite auto glass program. As soon as I told Safelite I would be using New and Used, they changed their story and told me to come in at noon. Noon is not 9 am, which should have been my first warning to go elsewhere. I arrived at 1130 AM and they apparently hadn't even ordered the glass. I waited until 1 pm for the glass to arrive. Then it took them until 3 pm to install the windshield. How it takes 2 hours to install a windshield is beyond me. You can see the photo for an example of their work. I can stick my fingers through the gap where they didn't seal the window, with the sloppiest non-oem sealing trim throw on top of it, allowing water to pool in the molding. The only thing keeping the rain from pouring in is the masking tape they put on to hold the windshield in place. I am now back at the shop for my second appointment to redo my windshield glass. I have now been waiting for 45 minutes and they put another car in front of me. Even if they do a perfect job the second time around I am now waiting around for them to fix their mistakes, wasting two half days. I would go elsewhere. Have respect for your own time, use a real safelite shop. Update: they did a reasonable job redoing the glass install. It seems sealed, though a little crooked so the trim doesnt lay down flat. Average workmanship at best. While I was waiting someone came in and asked me how much they charged me, saying he'd paid $175 the last time he came in. I paid $250. I asked for money back to repair the headliner since they were unable or unwilling to do repair it. They gave me $20 back so I could buy a can of spray adhesive. How's that for taking responsibility? Two days later it rained and surprise, it leaked. I took it to a an actual safelite shop and they were impressed with how new and used had shredded my headliner and how unsafe the job was. They said that if I was in an accident it would have flown out. It was barely attached. New and used had cut out the pinch weld and tried to rebuild it With silicone but the window was hardly attached to the frame. Safelite also had to repair the damage that had been done to my paint to avoid rust in the frame. Run from this shop!!

BEWARE: another situation where you get what you pay for. I’ve been in the automotive business my whole life and I’ve never seen this bad a glass shop. They didn’t seal the windshield in my car correctly and now when I go to replace it again 2 years later, the ENTIRE area under the windshield is rusted through. They told me “too bad, you only had a 6 month warrantee”. My car might be totaled right now because of the rust they caused, just because this shop doesn’t know what they are doing.

This place is trash. I was here 3x to get my windshield fixed. 1st time they put it in it leaked and creaked. 2nd time they tried to fix the leak they didn’t. 3rd time they put a super cheap aftermarket windshield in that doesn’t fit correctly and cuts off the vin and also shows the inside of the A pillar while looking into the car from the outside. The owner Mr. Friedman is as cheap as they come. The people in charge are never around and run away from the problem, literally. Stay far away from this place. They tint windows outside in the driveway and they look horrible. They have no idea how to run a business. I spend a total of over 12 hours at this hole in the wall that I can never get back and I’m far from happy with the junk windshield and the damage they cause to my car!
