I've had an excellent experience with Junior's all around. I needed a whole new wiper system on my Pontiac Montana, and when the first replacement part I tried turned out to be problematic, they installed the higher-grade replacement I should have gone with in the first place and didn't charge for labor. Straight-up, down to earth, and good vibes. Would recommend.

Like many people, I often dread going to the mechanic because of long wait times, a lack of transparency, and them always trying to upsell you. However, the folks at Junior's are kind, honest, and speedy. I had to get a tire changed out, and it was such a friendly experience. They got back to me when they said they would, presented me with all the options, and got the job done expediently. Will definitely be going back!

Came in here to get my car inspected. Was blown away by the customer experience! Not only did they do my inspection, they topped off my window fluid and oil (I didn’t ask, they just were kind and proactive). I will definitely be recommending to friends. Top notch everything.

While competent, I will never go back to this place again. The first time I went, the service was fine sincey my husband was involved. Junior (the owner) was nearly hoping and skipping around for this mans business. The following year was very different when I went alone. My car failed inspection, & I was told to drive the car a certain way to reset the computer. I did, and the car failed a second time. That's when Junior yelled at me in front of other customers telling me that I wasn't listening, heard what his son said, but was doing what I wanted to do. He spoke to me like a five yr old. I felt embarrassed, and shocked. I tried doing what he said a second time, because I already paid for the service, and the car failed again. He became even more irrate than the first time, and tried to yell at me some more. I finally put him in his place, took my car, and vowed never to return. I simply will never pay someone to treat me like garbage. A good professional relationship is as important as any other, but he doesn't seem to know or care about that. This guy doesn't know the first thing in treating people with respect - not women anyway. Ladies, unless your partners will take your car in for you - stay away from this place.

I don’t typically review anything, but I think this place is more than worthy of a 5 star review. Sean communicated the issue with my Lexus rx350 very clearly, explaining the costs associated with it as well, to where a person like me that doesn’t know too much about the workings of a vehicle could understand. This man was extremely respectful and honest about everything, and treated me like I was family. Gave me honest advice and even took time out of his busy day to answer all the questions I had about my current situation. I can’t speak highly enough about Sean and about Juniors Auto Repair. The 1 hour drive to get there was 100% worth it. I found my go to place for any and all car related inquiries.

I was happy and pleased with services recently completed for my 2008 Honda Pilot. Sean, explained everything to me that my vehicle needed to run properly again and extensive work was needed, (transmission, radiator, water pump, timing belt, etc…). I am happy I made the decision to have the repairs done at this business. I am back on the road happily driving. I am always working to keep a 1977 Chevy G10 (big hippy-hauling van) on the road and kicking. Junior's is a huge part of that. I have mechanics in the family back in FL - and this is the kind of place they recommend. The team here is fantastic. Junior and one other gentleman are usually the only guys who answer the phone - always excellent customer service and courteous even when busy. They have always been there for me when I call with a quick question and they've been there for bigger projects as needed. I usually call and check when they've got time to take "Clementine" in - but they have always been accommodating in a pinch. Work with them and they'll work with you. This is the kind of business where a bit of mutual respect will take you a long way. Would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone - from safety inspections to major engine work - these are the go-to dudes!

Hands down the best mechanic I’ve ever been to. I brought in an old Scion 2004 xA that was having problems that my previous mechanic was unable to diagnose. Took it to Junior’s and it took him literally 15 seconds to take a look and diagnose the problem. Long story short, it was water damage, a total loss, and eligible for an insurance claim as a result. Saved me so much money by being honest that there was nothing that could be done. Once I got a new car, he won my business for life!!
