Never go to this place! I went today for an oil change and now I'm stuck after paying over 200 bucks for a tow truck to get me off the side of the highway! Have a lot more to say but DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO TO THIS PLACE

Kenny did amazing bodywork on my car. He quoted us for a third of the price of what another body shop said, and he went above and beyond. We took the car in for body work. While doing this, Kenny found a lot of pre-exisiting rust on the undercarriage. He patched and sealed it up for us for no extra cost. And when we went to pick it up he had the car detailed for us. I really cant express how happy we are with Kenny's work.

This place is TERRIBLE. SCAMMERS. Beware. They are cheaters. Super unprofessional. Only people who go here are more scammer TLC drivers - This should be called "Scammers Body Shop for Scammer TLC drivers" I would give 0 stars but sadly google does not allow that.

It turns out that New Citylink charge me $350 for an electrical problem. I paid the money and took the car to the dealership and they told me there was nothing wrong with my car. I just needed a new battery. He cheated me out of $350 and also told me that they installed a new battery but when I took the car to the dealership they said the battery in my car was about four years old, they ripped me off just recently. I went to them and asked about having my car inspected for the yearly emissions test but when I took the car into them, one young man made the phone call and someone else showed up and said oh you need new brakes $135 he said and I left and went to the dealership and they charge me $37 for the admission state exam examination. There was nothing wrong with my brakes they are crooks.

Don't trust them, even for a simple inspection! Took my new car that had temporary NJ plates to make a NY inspection and the guy told me he cannot do it only if I put on the NY plates, so I said ok I'll put it on, so he answered that he will do it I shouldn't worry. When all done he charged me an extra $20 just for putting on the plates that takes 2 minutes and I was going to do it myself. Ripoff! Pure theft! When I told him that it's not a fair price if even if he would have told me before that it's going to cost, he told me that I should be happy it not $100.... Really should have given a zero star but one star is for his worker being very nice and polite.

I happen to use this place a ton for oil changes, emergencies, part repair/part maintenance, diagnostics to figure out what is wrong, and the work is always consistently awesome. They are very knowledgeable and kind, they don’t mind taking the time to explain the situation with your car and what your options are. Always super affordable. A great place to take your car to get repaired.

Don’t put your TLC car there they always lost your license plate and no body cares They only give you false promises and you suffer for getting new TLc plates without any responsibility.
