Horrible place!!!! Nearly every car wash has cleaner and drying towels to clean your car for the price you pay for a wash. This place was horrible. Just a jiffy wetting and weak vacuum cleaners. Car came out just like it went in except wet.

I went to New image Car Wash 12/26/24 bought an $18 dollar wash and I went go dry my car an I had all kinds of circle scratches on driver side. Never again. Black SRT Jeep 2019.

Highly recommend to everyone Great atmosphere & environment. This business is the cleanest most organized and professional respectful staff. There is a lot of space on that premises so everyone is not piled up and stuck and having issues with getting around and cleaning their vehicles I have the membership of the best one with the ceramic coat. This business is in the future with their technology equipped equipment and chemicals that is treated on all vehicles.

Not worth it. Car is now covered in scratches on the trunk that it absolutely did not have before washing here and license plate was bent/almost ripped off the back of the car somehow? I've seen responses to other negative reviews saying that the cars came into the wash with pre-exisiting scratches but I'd hesitate to believe any of it.

If I could rate this place with 10 stars I WOULD!!! I'm not usually one to take my truck through a car wash but this place is the REAL DEAL !!! Completely touchless providing a perfect wash and finish with ZERO swirls, water spots, etc !!! Had the pleasure to meet the owner who is a stand up guy - will deff be purchasing the monthly unlimited plan. Do yourself a favor and get your car or truck washed here you can thank me later !!!!

I went to this car wash yesterday and was so impressed so granted who wants to throw down $20 bucks to have their car washed so I cheaped it and up and went for the basic wash at $14 to see how it was the attendant was attentive kind and helpful I asked him if I was going to get a clean car paying only $14 and he assured me I would be happy. He put plastic over my back wiper and moved my mirrors not the sign that says “not responsible do this do that” they do it for you! Let me tell you it was the best car wash I’ve used in years! The wash water was clean not stinky or grey like many others. I was very impressed with the basic wash I always use a chamois cloth after a car wash and although I still did use one the overall cleanliness was excellent. AND don’t get me started with the free vacuum cleaners that work on each side of your car! I’ll be using this car wash going forward and I’ll be upgrading the next time knowing I’ll be getting what I paid for I don’t know who owns this business but you are doing an awesome job. Keep it up!!

Went to the haunted car wash the “clowns” decided it would be ok to sit on and tickle my 14 year old sister and continued for a good 45 seconds while I was calmly telling them to stop until i got pissed and had to push the dude in white off her. Will be calling in the morning and we should be pressing charges car wash is fine tho. The dude in white who was wearing a clown mask should be in jail.

I select the basic wash, and it brings up the upsell screen where you have to manually select “no upgrades.” But, the no upgrades button doesn’t work. I tapped on that thing in different 15 places and it still didn’t work. Along, but hey, no big deal — things break. So I back up and hit the other kiosk. Well check that out, the ‘no upgrade’ button must be *disabled* on both! Press “help” to see if a human will charge me the actual advertised price, and the prerecorded lady on the screen starts squawking at me and not contacting me to any of the people that who were nowhere to be seen. Buh bye! BEYOND SHADY. Well I guess I’m going to back out and go to one of the other hundred billion car washes in the area and never go there again. How many people have done that with a line of cars behind them and figured the extra $5 was easier than dealing with the hassle?

Don’t go here unless you want your paint stripped right off! Just purchased my car November in mint condition. Sucks to know that an 18 dollar car wash ruined the condition of my new vehicle. Honestly, devastating. Buyer beware :(
