I replaced my thermostat in my 2015 Silverado 1500 LT and I couldn't get it to stop leaking. Went to make sure the bolts were torqued to spec and a bolt head snapped off. I have been to a few places in EP for repairs and haven't really had great experiences but when I called this shop they were super friendly on the phone and told me to bring it by. I asked if they could fix it same day and they said they would try. They had to tap the bolt out which takes some time so I understood it may not be ready same day. When I showed up everyone was so welcoming, the kids there were all super polite. They ended up being able to get it done. Little do they know I needed it done same day because I made a promise to my daughter to take her somewhere the next day and they made that happen. The work was done really well. They checked everything over, showed me the crack in the thermostat I had bought, and showed me the work they did. They left my truck super clean even after what I know is a messy coolant job. I would 100% use this shop again and you should use them too. It's hard to find a shop that does quality work at a fair price AND is so friendly and welcoming.

I needed to have my car inspected ASAP because it was going to expire soon. Wally and Sons were able to work around my schedule, make an appointment that worked perfect for me, and completed my inspection in a timely manner. The employees were very helpful and communicated with me to make this a very easy and pleasant experience. I will now be taking all of my family vehicles to Wally and Sons to have all auto work done after the awesome experience I had with them today. 10/10 will recommend to all friends and family.

Wally & Sons was very helpful in getting my partner’s EGR Valve in her diesel car replaced, and the employees were very friendly. Unfortunately multiple mistakes were made in the process, including charging me significantly more than the estimate without obtaining consent. This happened while Mohammed was away, and I am thankful that he made things right when he returned. He refunded me the difference and offered a free oil change for the inconvenience.

Lovely gentlemen who saw me quickly and were able to patch my tire in just a few minutes. They have a warm welcoming waiting room with extremely fair prices, and I really appreciate that they're open later so I could stop by after work.
