I was stuck at a vendor parking lot with with a broken trailer axle and tried several road services but no one came to my rescue until I contacted on site fleet repair the mechanic was so considerate he kept in touch with me trying to get me some help as if it was in his best interest never met any so in gage with a total stranger problem and try so hard to help to cut the story this man deserves a five star 🌟 for the extent he went to get me going if it wasn't for him I'd be stuck for three days in the vendor drive way, this owner is the best I've met in my years of trucking! Thank you sir for being so considerate. May God bless you.

DO NOT USE this company very unprofessional …I reached out to them today for a road service but they took my $50 deposit and never showed. You call their number and it doesnt ring then you receive a text asking what services you need and they inform you that you need to give $50 deposit in order for them to head out. I sent deposit after speaking to Jonathan and he tells me that the zelle was having issues and zelle refunded me. My driver informed him that he had cash and could pay on site plus he was only like 10 min away and our truck wouldn't turn on so where would we go? He still asked for payment via zelle so I send it to an email and receive a confirmation that this money was deposited in his account meanwhile hes still telling me no it isnt etc and that for me to send again so I told him Im not sending any more money when I know for a fact he received it. Jonathan tells me that its okay that he will be with my driver and he would be on look out for payment deposit. He never showed up never responded and just insisted on me zelling again . Literally went on for almost to hours with the back and forth of the payment.

These guys are the BEST.. I called and with in no time they had my truck back up and running. The kicker is, I called 4 other so called experts on a particular part that I thought was broken and none of them knew what I needed. With in 1 hour I had an OnSite Fleet Repair mechanic on site and they had me rolling. Will definitely be using them again..
