Stayed August 2024. I have to say from booking until the end, this was top notch. The place (The Oak) which makes up two different condominiums was impressive. There were seven of us and we had plenty of room. The building was quiet, and it was definitely within walking distance of everything. Erika was great and very very responsive. I highly recommend.

One aspect that truly impressed us was the opportunity for our sizable group to stay together, a rarity in typical hotel accommodations. Our host went the extra mile to provide us with all the amenities we could possibly want during our stay. From the outset, the warmth of Southern hospitality enveloped us, with complimentary snacks and beverages awaiting us in the refrigerator. Our chosen accommodation, The Catherine, was perfectly suited to our group of eight. This spacious unit was ingeniously designed with two rooms connected by a conjoining door in the living area, providing us with the luxury of two kitchens, two living rooms, and even two sets of washer and dryers. Additionally, we were delighted have a balcony overlooking the city, adding an extra touch of charm to our stay. The kitchen facilities exceeded our expectations for an Airbnb rental, equipped with essentials like a Keurig and cookware, making it feel like a true home away from home. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Throughout our stay, Myra, Erika, and Cami ensured that we not only felt welcomed but also truly at ease. Their hospitality played a significant role in making our vacation truly unforgettable. Located centrally, New Orleans Luxury Rentals provided convenient access to all the attractions we desired to visit, whether by foot or by utilizing the streetcar. The Big Easy unit was even more impressive than in the pictures. This penthouse apartment was the perfect place for our group of 6 (3 couples) to spend our time in New Orleans. Beautifully appointed and in a great location - close to the Quarter, lots and restaurants and a few blocks from the trolley. Nothing but 5 stars for New Orleans Luxury Rentals! When you first enter it is so nice and clean. The key pad at the front entrance is great for extra security. We stayed in “The Library” room, what a great choice! Everything is decorated amazing and nothing is wore down. The furniture is super clean!! It truly felt like a home away from home! Didn’t have that hotel vibe at all! The outdoor patio of the skyline was amazing and we loved the putting green! I will not only recommend but insist on anyone I know going to New Orleans to stay here over any hotel or airbnb! They were super accommodating with late checkout and storage lockers so we didn’t have to carry our luggage around till our flight late that night! Just a short walk to the casino!! Thanks for an amazing stay for my birthday trip! They also had a little welcome package with necessities and had beverages in the fridge to tie us over till we got to the store! Do not hesitate to book your stay here

Everything about our stay was excellent! We stayed in The Library and it was perfect! The unit and building felt safe and secure. Perfect walking distance to everything. Great restaurants and the casino are an easy walk. The unit itself had everything you would ever need plus more (like a sound machine!) The welcome drinks and snacks were perfect after a long travel day! I would highly recommend any unit in this building to anyone thinking of visiting New Orleans! Great communication from the entire team from start to finish! The luggage storage was huge bonus as well!

We absolutely loved staying at this VRBO for our family vacation to New Orleans. Located in the warehouse district, you are steps away from restaurants, coffee shops and the ability to get an Uber in less than 2 minutes! The property itself is gorgeous with the high ceilings, beautiful decor, and comfortable beds. The other important items such as WiFi, Smart TVs, laundry and sound machines were fabulous too. There was ample space for our family of four. The contacts were on-site as well so we were able to ask questions right on the property if they came up. I would absolutely recommend staying here anytime you visit New Orleans.

My wife and I absolutely LOVED our stay at The Livingston and the amazing and friendly service we received. From immediate and very helpful communication to the comfort of knowing the team was always looking out for our best interests we are impressed and so thankful for NOLA Luxury Rentals. A job well done and a friend made. And, the location is perfect. We walked everywhere we went with ease. We ate at Drago’s, Tommy’s, Mulate’s, Galliano, Mother’s, Brickette, and in the Riverwalk Food Court and these were all easy walks (and there are many more restaurants just as close). We toured the WWII Museum (just a few blocks away) and loved it! Highly recommend it. And we walked to and from the convention center daily (3 easy blocks) no problem. I’m trying to say that this is a beautiful, very clean, secure, and conveniently located apartment and we could not have asked for more. Wow! Thank you NOLA Luxury Rentals team, well done!!!!

First time I’ve ever stayed anywhere that I was completely happy with EVERYTHING! The room was super clean (#1 on my personal satisfaction list). There were plenty of towels. The bed was amazing. I slept like a baby every night. The sound machine. Are you kidding me? First place I’ve ever stayed at that had one & might have contributed to my “slept like a baby” comment! Now I need one for my house! Even though there was a sound machine, you didn’t really need it because it was super quiet the whole time. My room was right off of the elevator but i never heard any noise of people coming and going. Communication with staff was amazing. I stayed in the sazerac room. But a whole group of us stayed there so I got to see a lot of them and they were all equally as nice. Oh, and added bonus was the washer & dryer in every unit!!!
