Next Level Mechanical and Customz didn’t just handle the minor stuff with ease—they dispatched it with the kind of smooth efficiency you’d expect from a pit crew. No drama, just "done and done." They even replaced a leveling jack, hydraulic lines and took care of some leaks on my 29,000-pound beast like it was just another Tuesday. But then came the big leagues: two gnarly problems that required some real experience and creativity. First up was my front suspension, which was too soft for my rig, which was weighed down by a massive herd guard, a 20K-lb winch, and 75 feet of ¾” steel cable (yes, my RV is prepared for the apocalypse). Then, there was the issue of my 39-foot rig’s rear end constantly dragging on Utah’s notoriously sharp driveways. For the driveway issue, they went all-in with a custom-drilled skid roller wheel that, unlike the three previous attempts from other shops, actually holds up! This thing is tough—it laughs in the face of Utah driveways that would’ve shredded any lesser setup (an exaggeration but you get the point). Then, they tackled my front suspension dilemma. After some solid research, they found a great solution: a Loadshare “Suspension Air Helper Springs and Single Cab Control Kit.” Installed back in the spring, I wanted to put it through its paces before giving my feedback, and here’s the verdict: it’s a game-changer. I used to white-knuckle it through canyon roads at a crawl to avoid tipping, and even on city streets, my RV had more sway than a hula dancer. Now, I’ve got more control, less lean & drama, and more enjoying life. The icing on the cake? This system comes with a dash-mounted control knob. I learned (eventually) how much air to add for canyon control versus for comfort in the city or on the straights. I even get to play "co-pilot commander" and tell whoever’s riding shotgun to adjust the PSI so I can keep my eyes on the road. If I could make one suggestion, it’d be a future version with programmable presets (canyon mode, city mode), but I’m already thrilled. To sum it up, Next Level Mechanical and Customz didn’t just take care of my routine maintenance and custom requests—they handled the advanced stuff that left other shops scratching their heads. Aaron kept me in the loop the whole time, and thanks to Aaron and his team, I finally feel like my “recreational vehicle” is fit for recreation.

Aaron and his team did amazing job with our trailer after a leak issue. They handled the insurance claim amazing. Even though there was some delays on the insurance end the made this process seamless and painless. Aaron and team, thank you!

They have had our unit for 10 weeks and paid Over 9k buy the insurance company and have not even touched it. Well I’m not sure because I have one email that says they have and one that says they have not so 🤷🏼‍♂️. We, meaning their customer service person whom they should keep, were actually making some headway on the phone with the owners in the background agreeing to a date. Then one of them started being rude so I politely said, I’m not dealing with her any more and hung up. I thought maybe things would settle a bit because we were making headway and I would get a callback but no!!!! Instead of that we get a knock on the door and it was the police Yea. She, or he called the police and said I sent threatening emails and I am not to contact them. Of coarse I showed the police all the emails they wanted to see and NOT ONE threat, except the statement that if I had to I would see them in court. So I guess they have our unit, 9200.00 from the insurance company and I can’t contact them. 🤷🏼‍♂️. Real professional guys!!!! See their response. And actually now your name calling. Slander maybe. Anyhow. Police records are public. When I get home I will post the case number so the truth will set you free. And since you told the police I’m not to message you again. I was just posting my review as the facts are. Done here

Had some damaged on our Trailer from a Moab trip. We were reffered to Next Level from a friend and took it to them. The work that was completed on our Trailer was above and beyond what we expected. Aaron and his team at Next Level did a phenomenal job on our RV. Highly recommended.

I was so very impressed with the staff. I told them a bunch of things I might need, however they thoroughly checked and said I did not need them at this time. On the repairs and other parts that were needed, they did an excellent job. My car drove so much better, I felt like I was in a new car. I so much enjoyed meeting the staff. they were all super kind. This is the place I will be bringing my car from now on. I give them 10

I have not had the best experience with them. Ended up paying someone else to fix the work that they did. Used too small of gage wire over to far, this ended burning up yet another inverter. The third one sense having them work on the RV. the answer was just keep throwing more money at it or you just went the cheap way. This was also after my trailer was broken into when it was let in their care and they promised me it would be left inside their building.

Amazing company! Great workmanship! They communicated with me very thoroughly about the work needed to fix my RV. They went over and beyond making sure all repairs meet my expectations and even helped with the insurance claim representatives to resolve getting the repairs processed through the insurance company. Will use this company for all future RV maintenance and repairs. Great company to work with!
