Next Gen Auto always takes great care of me and my car. The owner took time to walk me through my options and helped me work out a service timeline that made sense for my car and my budget. (Aka- they aren’t just out to grab your $!) The staff are unbelievably helpful and friendly. I love that they text to follow up, offer online diagnostics with pictures, and explain all the work they recommend. I just had a check up/repair and it took a bit longer than expected once they knew what was wrong. They gave me a car for the weekend and when I picked my car up, it had been washed AND detailed- on the house! I highly recommend!!!

Last week I pulled into NextGen because I happened to be driving by. My dashboard idiot light had been on indicating low tire pressure. I had checked the tires and they were fine. So I figured it was the spare tire under my vehicle. Mike Callahan came right outside and offered to check the spare tire. It was pouring rain and all the vehicle bays were full so I told Mike not to worry about it. His response was”I got a jacket” and proceeded to check my spare tire in the pouring rain. Sure enough it was low in pressure and Mike took care of it and made sure that the idiot light was off. It’s hard to find help like that. Rich has a great crew at NexGen. Thank you Mike.

I needed an inspection done last minute and Jay got me in at 4:00 pm right before they closed. Service inside was great. They let me know all the components of my vehicle that need attention and even showed me photos. I didn’t get anything done except the inspection but they quoted out the price to fix all the components that need attention. Highly recommend these guys.

First of all, car stuff makes me SUPER anxious given that I know nothing about cars and run everything by my dad before agreeing to a service. Nextgen Car Care was super understanding of this, and they even went above and beyond and talked to my dad on the phone, pointed things out to me on my car, took pictures/videos, etc. I felt involved during the entire process which was super nice. I took my car in for an oil change which they went above and beyond on itself. I also ended up doing a rust protection since the longevity of my car is super important to me. I am happy that I found a small business that also cares about the longevity of my car, and will ensure that it remains a safe ride for me. I highly recommend giving them a shot if you’re needing any services done on your vehicle!

I was driving my son to practice when my rear tire starting making a loud sound and my car was shaking. I was incredibly nervous and had never been to NextGen before, but it was right where the incident happened. From the moment that I walked in, the staff saw how shaken I was and were incredibly compassionate and supportive. They got in the car and saw how bad it was and told me that they didn’t feel that my car was safe to drive. They gave me a loaner so that my son could still get to practice and told me they’d get my car in the next day (this happened at 3:45 pm). What they found the next day was a bolt in my tire. They sent me photos to update me of what was happening. They removed it, repaired it and got my car back to me. I can never thank them enough for not only how they treated me, but for their honesty and integrity. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!
