UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP - DO NOT GO TO LEO I brought my mini in for service as I had used Carlos in the past and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, the new mechanic that took over does not know how to work on all cars - but tries anyway and that actually has cost us a ton of time and unnecessary money to be spent. He stated that the fuse box needed to be repaired. He “repaired” it and then a few weeks later-the car would not work again. He stated we needed another fuse box as this one had been wet(he couldn’t explain how) - he proceeded to keep our car for 2 weeks-only to tell me that he couldn’t find another fuse box anywhere. He stated mini was the only one that could fix it for us and that he had called around and no one except for Morristown had the part. When I called myself-every single dealership had the part. Then I took the car to another mechanic that was referred by a friend as I didn’t want to take it to the dealer for obvious reasons. The mechanic was able to find a used fuse box in less than 24 hours, the car is fixed already and it cost me $100+ less than Leo at Niagara had charged me. Please please please do yourself a favor and stay away from this Leo and this dealership.

They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and efficiently, and then complete the necessary repairs in a timely manner. This was a huge relief for me, as I rely heavily on my vehicle for daily transportation. Finally, the prices were truly great. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable rates they charged for their services, especially given the high quality of work they provided. Took my suv there because the brake rotors were warped , they were quick . 6 months later I have the same problem . I don’t know what he did here but he charged me $350 for the front brakes and rotors and the same problem has returned. Most feedback here is from the previous owners who were great , not Leo.
