Worst car wash ever and the town should shut them down. People are being ripped off. Zero soap comes out of the automatic car wash, absolute disgrace. Always a filthy eye sore....get your act together!

I went there to use the car wash and only had a $10 bill to change for quarters. It only gave me 7.75 when I asked the person there he told me I shouldn’t have put a $10 bill in. Uhm okay why isn’t it posted somewhere then? It says can exchange $1,$5,$10,and $20..

The guy guided me in (I know his name but I won't say) causing my tire to pop and he knew it, you can see the expression on his face when you here the popping sound, then he quickly changed his hand position for me to go to the left, but the tire didn't deflate until I started driving, but he won't fess up to it and now I'm stuck buying a new tire, ($190) it WAS his fault, he did guide me in, and then my car even jumped and I said I hope nothing happened to my tire, but he refused to show me the video, supposedly he said there wasn't any cameras but there is one outside which could have seen my car jump off the track and he said he didn't have the owners number, but he did tell me a few weeks earlier that it was his family that owns it, so now I'm stuck with a doughnut until I can afford to get a tire and I have all-wheel drive so one tire will set it off a bit and I'm only staighting the truth, I was going there once a week with two vehicles, my vehicle and my wife's vehicle, now I will never go back there again, I'm not degrading them I'm just stating the truth and the fact, he said he don't have the owners number, BUT everybody has a number for the owner no matter where you work, so just saying I will NEVER go there again, AND IT WAS'NT THE OWNERS FAULT ANYWAY, IT WAS HIS, FOR GUIDING ME IN THE WRONG WAY, so if anyone goes there JUST BE CAUTIOUS. (It was the one on county St in Somerset Ma)

the worst experience ever , very bad place .first of all i put some quarters i brought from home and the machine didnt work.. no warter . i told the guy working there and he treated me like i put no money even the machine was showing more than 3 minutes wash time on it.i tried to finish my car wash and decided to break a 20 dollar bill but the change machines wernt working ,the only machine was working has no change in it , the only guy working at that place was busy with automatic wash and didnt bother him self to help me have some change or even apologize , the place where i placed my car to wash was very dirty ,seems they never bother them selves to clean it . i advice every one to avoid this place .

This place should be shut down, it's a complete scam. Do not come here unless you just want to throw out your money. The coin machines don't give you back the correct change and the stations have no water pressure. And when you go to call the number they have no one picks up and you can't leave a message. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed (but they're making money scamming people, so they aren't).

Vacuumed my car, not much suction from vacuum. Then went to wash my car, I put in 10 quarters and it never started!! I'm so pissed!! I should have known when everything is overgrown and it looks like no upkeep and a ghost town. At least put out of order on the bay if it isn't working. Or an option to get money back because there is nobody here to even talk to. Not happy 😬

Actually, they don’t even deserve one star. Sad to say it is never kept up. It looks like a junkyard. When you want to go it’s not opened and when it is opened it looks like a ghost town. Someone needs to buy it and fix it up, make Somerset beautiful… There is absolutely so many beautiful places on County Street in Somerset, and that car wash needs an overhaul. I don’t think the management hires the right landscapers, workers, etc.…

This place is horrible. The hoses are all broke and it showers you with foam, and if I had nice clothes on I would have been extremely mad. I was covered in foam when I was washing my car. Then the machines beep when there is only like 20 seconds left instead of one minute like all other car washes do. That's done so it finishes quickly and you have to deposit 3 more dollars to finish washing your car. Definitely do not go here. Place isn't worth it.

SMH... just sell it, so who ever does take it over will maybe fix everything wrong here! 2.50 gone... the one vacumn I did get to turn on had no suction at all! The others wouldn't take my quarters! Dispensers for any cleaning products don't work...This place is a joke don't bother..didn't even attempt to try the car wash bays I wasted enough money 😒

Avoid this car wash! The change machine takes your $20.00 bill and will give you nothing back. I also lost $7.00 of quarters in the self serve car wash. When I asked for my money back from the attendant he started yelling at me and pushed me. Because I wanted a different number to call the boss because you can’t get anyone to call you back on the number they have on the building..

This place is such a dump its unreal. Half of the self service car washes dont work. I didnt have enough quarters to get the machine to start and went to get quarters out of the machine and none of the 6 of them worked. There was nobody around that worked there to exchange dollars for quarters and theres no return button to get the quarters that you put into the machine back. Theres tears in the ceiling, massive craters in the pavement, and directions on how to use the machine THAT ISNT EVEN FOR THE MACHINE THATS INSTALLED ON THE WALL. Never go here

Fist time went to nice n clean car wash Somerset ma on a Wednesday afternoon around 130pm. Used automatic non touch car wash $15, left side spray nozzles were weak so drivers side was not cleaned, balance of car good. Did not see an attendant. Stick with car wash with attendants who spray dirty wheels and side of car before entering car wash

The vacuum was ok , the car wash itself........uh , Nope! It isn't paved as you enter and it's old so ur tire HAS to go in the groove. It's sketchy and my car got stuck. The guy said" it will be fine, cone on " IT WASNT.

Why is this place allowed to stay open? I know they were going downhill, but my goodness! I went there after work and tried 3 vacuums. None of them worked, the buttons to get your money back are busted. Same thing with the wash. They are up to 3 bucks to use the water and it steels your money and doesn't work. I should have known. I tried here 2 years ago and the thing holding the water device came flying down onto my car!!! I had to wait for the owner to get in. No refund, just a "I'll fix it, you better try another one!!!" Seriously, DO NOT go here. They need to be held accountable and shut down.

this was years ago but i think about it every time i drive by. I was cleaning out trash from my car pre-vacuum, when a car pulled up behind me in a way that made it impossible for me to back out of the space. the woman driving (i’m assuming the owner) told me if i didn’t pay for the vacuum, she would call the cops on me for dumping trash, and blocked my car in until i finished vacuuming. at the time i hurried to pay so i could leave, but thinking back i think of how inappropriate this was of the owner/staff and how scared it made me feel as a young person that was there alone.

HOPEFULLY A GREAT NEW CAR WASH SOON! I drive by every day and the renovations they are doing to this place along with the other one on 44 in Raynham shows they are ditching the old -10 star business and upgrading to a new and great place! Looking forward to the new stuff!
