I was looking to upgrade to a larger bike and had my eye on the Tracer 900 GT which they had one at Nielsens. Called ahead and asked if they allow test rides, which they made clear they do not due to being short on new inventory. The price was competitive for the market at the time so I ended up test riding a tracer at a different dealership to make sure it was a good fit for me. Once I showed up ready to buy I got the paperwork over to my bank from them, and returned for what was like 30 minutes of signing, and then rode the bike home. Really fast and convenient. It was before noon on a Saturday and I was already home with the my first brand new bike. (Having bought used up till now) Really good experience overall.

Best dealership around hands down! If you are shopping make sure you stop by Nielsen! Great selection of bikes and gear. I drove over an hour to get here. I got there close to the closing time. Walked around the floor. Asked to speak with a salesman. Met with Scott for a few minutes and got fair OTD price on a Ninja 500 despite it being close to closing time. Ended up calling back and putting a deposit down the following week. I asked to get my bike lowered before pickup and they had a quick service turnaround. Came in about a week later for pick up. Signed all the docs and paid for my bike with cash. Their finance person was nice and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't want. Scott walked me around the bike and got me my keys. I was out of there in about 30 minutes. Great customer service and painless purchase. No BS. They have a customer for life out of me. Definitely worth a drive if you are within an hour or two. Will be back!

A typical ATV will need the drive belt replaced every other year. Most ATV's have a blinking red "BELT" light to let you know it's time to change. It will also knock the ATV into 2WD mode and will require the case to be removed to switch it back. My ATV has this light & it was blinking I was aware the belt needed changing. I brought my ATV to Nielsen Enterprise to get this routine service completed, after telling them the ATV needed the drive belt replaced and asking if they could also do an oil change I left the ATV with them. They called on Monday and said there was good news and bad news. They said the good news is & I'll quote "the belt is fine" "no man it's great we took the cover off the case" "it's good to go!" The bad news: "it needs a new 4x4 switch, but we won't be able to get it until Friday" I thought wow really? Ok just call when it's finished. Monday comes " we're sorry we should get the switch tomorrow" complete run around until I picked up the ATV almost 2 weeks later. Not fixed. They said the blinking "BELT" light was a computer fault. But they didn't know how to reset it. Was told it would go off when the switch was replaced. Lol next day I get the switch. Installed new throttle cable. Light on no 4x4. Pop the case off. Here you go the pictures speak for themselves. I don't advise anyone go here. I'll refer you to someone who will get the job done ✅

I have purchased/traded in multiple vehicles with Nielsen Enterprise over the years and with the most recent Can Am Defender Lone Star purchase, the customer service from a late night click on the computer to walking out the door with a new machine did not disappoint. I want to thank/recommend Shane Holmes! From his quick response from the online trade in inquiry to the new purchase. Shane went over and above responding after hours, to having a great conversation about the best upgrade suggestions, did not pressure us into anything, very knowledgeable about all the products, made the purchase process extremely smooth. Within a day and a half it went from a question about a possible trade in, to a very fair trade price, to walking out the door with a brand new machine. Back in mid-2021, I purchased a brand-new ATV from Nielson’s Enterprise. Unfortunately, the machine arrived with shipping damage from Yamaha. My salesman assured me that all the damaged parts (the seat and the front plastics) would be replaced, no problem. A few months later, I received an email that the parts were in. When I replied that I’d pick them up, I was suddenly told the dealer had to install them—something I was never told up front. Living 1.5 hours away, arranging the trip wasn’t easy, especially over the winter, so I pushed it off since the machine was barely used. Fast-forward to now: the ATV still has less than 50 miles on it, and I finally reached out to schedule the repair. Instead of honoring their word, I was met with a short email stating “too bad, the parts were returned.” No warning, no reminder, no chance to get it done before a deadline. When I pushed back, I kept receiving the same dismissive responses—“there’s nothing we can do, it’s between you and Yamaha.” But this wasn’t a Yamaha issue. I bought the machine from Nielson’s, and it was their responsibility to make it right before sending my parts back. After many emails, I’ve gotten nothing but short, unhelpful replies. The whole experience has been extremely disappointing, especially since I’ve purchased several machines from Nielson’s before and had planned to continue. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to stand behind their sales has left a bad taste in my mouth. Sadly, I cannot recommend Nielson’s Enterprise based on how they’ve handled this situation.

I have had my 2008 FJR serviced at Nielsen’s for years, extremely happy with the service then I moved back home to Michigan where I ended up getting a new FJR. I was going to sell the old one but decided to keep her and she needed maintenance, checking in my area the prices seemed high and I was not getting a good feeling about the people there also so I called Nielsen’s. I talked to Sean in service; him and Tim P. reviewed my service history made recommendations we set up a time and I rode my bike over and left it with them. They took me to the train station so I could go home, they even picked me up when the bike was done. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated; it was well worth the trip to get my FJR serviced there. Let me say that Sean/Tim/Tony and Tom are AWESOME and for the bike, I could really tell the difference on the way home, it was an excellent ride. Thanks Nielsen’s!

Mike did a great job from start to finish. When I knew I wanted a Ryker, I went to a shop closest to me and couldn’t get a straight answer on pricing or rates even though I was ready to buy that day. I found Nielsen via Google search and decided to call and give them a try. Mike answered all of my questions right away. I applied, was approved, and had all the info I needed very quickly. Mike’s communication was constant, and he’s very knowledgeable about anything bike/trike. I picked up my Ryker the next day and have had a blast enjoying it since!! I can’t recommend Nielsen enough - I’m looking forward to going out of my way to service with this shop due to their professionalism and expertise! No BS, straightforward and easy.

I love when people wanna assume thing and miss out on opportunities. Me and my buddy went in there today because i’m tired of the old 11 kx and was looking to upgrade. And yes my buddy and I are younger and i’m sure they’re used to kids/people coming in and just assume their not there actually to purchase or look into anything which to a point i understand but a simple greeting or anything to make us not feel judged and like we don’t belong there would be nice. The lady’s in the gear department were super nice and welcoming but the rest of the store i felt judged and didn’t even bother asking a salesmen to take me out to the room where they actually have all there bikes. It’s fine i have no issue taking my business elsewhere and any future business. Its a nice dealership and im sure if your held to there standard it would be a good experience. But again I know i’m young and wasn’t expecting any actual service just walking there but a greeting and not feeling so like i didn’t belong there just rubbed me the wrong way and deterred me away from asking for any help or trying to get some info. Also not the first time i’ve been in there, i’ve been there for parts and stuff before and have gotten looks but today I actually was interested in a few bikes but guess since im younger i automatically have no money and don’t belong in there.
