I brought my car in the other day and for service and was so happy with the service I received. They were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Plus, they found a way to fit me in even though they were pretty slammed and my car repair required some substantial work; and all for a very reasonable price. The new management is awesome! I honestly believe that they want to do right by the customer. I had a peculiar problem with my daughter's car and they worked with me repair-wise and cost-wise until the job was perfectly completed. I was very impressed with the parts and labor that were thrown in at no cost due to my situation. They've replaced the Throttle position body and sensor, Accelerator pedal position sensor, Rear axle and Battery. I highly recommend them. I will definitely be a return customer with my family's four cars. Thanks for working with me and my difficult situation. No doubt that these guys care about the customer.

I was broken down on the side of the street. Very scary. I called AAA, and was instantly reassured I’d be “ rescued” as soon as possible. Rep on phone was empathetic and efficient. Tow truck arrived within 5 minutes. The driver was friendly and professional and suggested my alternator had failed as he proceeded to quickly get my car onto the tow truck. (I don’t even know what an alternator IS! ). 5 minutes later I was safely at the service station. Niguel Auto Service in the Albertson’s/KFC center in Laguna Niguel , took care of my repair quickly and at reasonable cost. They are now my go-to mechanic! I don’t have to use AAA often, but every time I have had to call in the last 20 years of being a member, I am treated with courtesy, efficiency and empathy. The membership cost is worth every penny.

He had it in and diagnosed quickly and was thorough in his explanation of the problem the cost and when it would be ready. He came in under cost and 2 days early. As always, GREAT SERVICE!

Danny and Gustavo are the best mechanics I have found in the area. They really know cars. They take great care to make sure they diagnose and fix your vehicle right the 1st time. I highly recommend them and they are really fair price wise. Theynworked on my 2010, 6 speed Miata and my 2099 Toyota Tacoma, and both have never run and handled better. I will use them going forward and highly recommend them.

Brough my car in after recently moving to the area with an idea of what was going on with my car. They checked it out, told me what was wrong, told me what I needed to fix and what could wait and how much everything would be. When they called me to tell me it was ready, they told me I needed a top off of oil. When I came in to pick it up, I assumed I would be charged for the repairs, the oil and surely something else that I wasn't aware of...isn't that always the case? I was pleasantly surprised when the total came out to what I had been told. I will be coming back here for all my cars needs, happy I found such a great place with friendly staff!

Good price and friendly mechanic. You can’t make appts online even with the form and then if you have an appt it still will take over an hour for an oil change. Would love if it was a shorter turnaround like other local shops I’ve used in the past. Also check the report- mine showed the wrong mileage on it which I hope wouldn’t show up weird on a car history in the future.
